The value of my credit voucher is lower/higher that the total price of my new booking.

Don't worry, our system updates your account in real time. You cannot, therefore, lose the remaining balance of your credit voucher. If there is a surplus, you just need to pay it. The deposit, however, is separate from a credit voucher and must be paid under all circumstances.

To sum up:

The value of your credit voucher is deducted from the total price of your new booking.

  • If the amount of the credit voucher exactly matches the booking amount (excluding the deposit), you only pay the deposit.  
  • If the amount of the credit voucher is less than the booking amount (excluding the deposit), you pay the surplus and your deposit.
  • If the amount of the credit voucher is more than the booking amount (excluding the deposit), your credit voucher will remain valid until it expires and its value will automatically be updated.
