The rule "household + 1 person" is applicable until 30 April 2021. 

During this period, you can stay in the Ardennes while respecting these rules. 

In concrete terms:  

- You have booked a stay before 30 April? Please consult your customer area. The general conditions will be explained there. If the measures have consequences for your stay, you will be informed as soon as possible. 

- Would you like to book a holiday before 30 April? If you respect the "household + 1" rule, no problem. We will be happy to welcome you in the Ardennes.  

Do you have a stay after May 1?  

Cancellations will be handled according to article 7.2 of our general conditions. 

Force majeure " covid-19 " cannot be invoked for stays with a starting date after 1 May 2021. We will inform you as soon as possible if your stay is affected. 

You are not a Belgian citizen? 

The Belgian measures apply to your stay. If additional measures apply according to the regulations in your country (for example: prohibition on crossing the border for non-essential travel), you must also observe the regulations of your country of residence.
