Your voucher is a payment method for your booking.
If your reservation is not immediately confirmed, you will not be able to access the payment section and enter your voucher as a payment method. If your reservation has not yet been confirmed, your request has been sent to the owner of the holiday home for approval. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of this confirmation email, you can enter your voucher code in the “gift voucher” field.
The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total price of your booking.
The voucher cannot be used to pay for the deposit or to cover amounts payable onsite to the owner of the selected holiday home.
Any possible additional costs and the deposit must be paid according to the terms and conditions outlined in our general conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: do NOT enter your voucher in the “Do you have a reduction code” box in the second step of the reservation process. You need to enter it in the “gift voucher" box in the payment section of your confirmed reservation.
