With over 400m² designed for entertaining and pampering guests, this 2008 villa combines authenticity and modern comfort to meet all your needs. Indeed, this holiday home has a wellness area with sauna and solarium; a games room with billiards and football table; and a reading room.The large 3000m² garden features a children's playground with swings and a trampoline.
This holiday house is built on three floors. There is a large living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with open fire. In the basement, you will find another kitchen, dining room, and a lounge; so everyone has enough space. For guaranteed comfort, there are eleven bedrooms and four bathrooms in this holiday cottage. If you are travelling with a baby, you'll be happy to know that there is a baby cot and highchair in the house.

This modern house also has a meeting room with capacity for 24 people. It is ideal for seminars and corporate team building retreats.

Vakantiehuis was zeer goed. Lamp op 1 wc brandde niet. Lamp boven wasbak in badkamer knipperde. Tegels buiten lagen los.
Superbes vacances
Prima vakantiehuis voor een grote groep voldoende slaapkamers ruime woonkamer
We hebben er met 11 volwassenen en 7 kinderen een midweek gelogeerd. We hebben genoten van de ruimte in en om huis, en de bedden waren ook prima. Wel zijn er meerdere vervelende mankementen in het huis. Zo lopen de afvoeren in de douche niet goed weg, lekken sommige afvoeren van wc's (wat best wel stinkt). Ook in de keuken is het even zoeken naar bijvoorbeeld de knop van de afzuigkap. Warm water in de keuken is drama. Ondanks alles wel een fijne week, al kan het onderhoud echt beter!

De staat van onderhoud en netheid van het huis verdient zeker verbetering. De keuken is erg verouderd en kapot. De verwarmingsketel van de benedenverdieping werkt niet waardoor het erg koud was beneden. Het ruikt muf op de benedenverdieping en hierdoor is het niet aantrekkelijk om bijvoorbeeld van het biljart of de infrarood cabine gebruik te maken. De fornuis in de keuken is niet voldoene voor groepen van boven de 20 personen. We werden niet ontvangen en hebben de eigenaar totaal niet gezien.

Mooie ligging, groot huis, biljart- en voetbaltafel. Enkele minpunten: geen koffiezet, afwasmachine defect, te weinig bierglazen, veel spinnen tegen het plafond, in bijna elke kamer vergeten spullen onder het bed, douchewater loopt niet weg
Mooi groot vakantiehuis. Aan de keuken mag wel wat onderhoud gepleegd worden. Voor het aantal mensen is 1 inductieplaat te weinig overigens werkte deze niet niet naar behoren.
Groot huis met voldoende faciliteiten en het onderhoud kan beter. Zeer vriendelijke beheerder.
Prima, ruim, netjes onderhouden. 2 zaken die opvielen: 3e verdiep douchekop, en op het balkon staat een houten tafel waarvan de tafelpoten in slechte staat zijn. Het is best om die te vervangen voordat hij doorzakt

Très grande maison pour un séjour en famille à plusieurs. Les chambres et salle de bains sont bien disposées dans la maison. Le grand séjour est très agréable pour une grande famille. la proximité avec l'activité des draisines est top ainsi que pour les départs en promenade. Juste un petit bémol pour les tables de jardin à changer d'urgences car vraiment fortement abimées.
Grande maison située dans une très belle région. Equipements un peu juste pour accueillir des grands groupe et assurer le confort a tous.
