This large holiday house is remarkably furnished and can easily accommodate up to 12 people. With its five bedrooms and three bathrooms, you will enjoy your privacy and feel quickly at home. Your whole family will find something to do here, especially with a wellness area equipped with a sauna. In addition to the main lounge, there is also a small home theatre room, which is perfect for some Hollywood-style entertainment. Regarding the living area, it is a space where getting together is a pleasure, thanks to its friendly atmosphere. Spend your evenings comfortably settled in the sofas or around the large table in a cheerful mood, the choice is yours. Also, you can count on a beautiful fully equipped kitchen to delight everyone! Add some variety by organizing a few barbecue evenings. That is a good way to enjoy the enchanting surroundings around this house.
The Ardennes is a popular destination for nature lovers, no matter the season. In winter you will find the cross-country ski trails of Mount Rigi near your cottage. And as soon as the sunny days come, you will find many leisure opportunities everywhere. For example, you can experience the joys of riding an e-Scoot at Ardenne Activity, or riding on a Railbike with your family, just to admire the magnificent landscapes of the area in a fun and original way. You will not get tired of exploring these exceptional sites, such as the Lake of Robertville, where many activities await you in a dream setting. The region will also charm you with its rich historical heritage, which you can experience by visiting the Castle of Reinhardstein.

Séjour agréable mais embêtés par les fourmis - sauna très agréable , pas de wellness - accueil sympa avec une tarte au riz - BBQ petit pour 10 adultes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de tri pour les ordures
Een fijn weekend gehad. Het huis was in orde, proper en netjes. De tuin en het terras daarentegen viel tegen. De tuin helemaal niet onderhouden. Het beekje achteraan de tuin is wel een meerwaarde. De kinderen hebben hun daar wel geamuseerd.
Een heerlijk weekend gehad met collega’s in een rustig, prima onderhouden en zeer goed uitgeruste woning! Om nooit te vergeten!

Een geweldig huis, rustige ligging en het riviertje achter in de tuin is een groot plezier geweest voor de kinderen.
Een leuk huisje waar je gerust met de ganse familie en of vrienden tot rust kan komen. Ongewenste telefoons hoef je niet te verwachten want er weinig of geen telefoonverbinding. De wifi is wel uitstekend.
Woning netjes, goed ontvangen, rustig gelegen, kindvriendelijk, beekje beneden in de tuin waar kinderen naar verlangen van natte voeten te krijgen, wandelingen in de buurt, brouwerij Paek met speeltuin zeker doen. Daar zijn verschillende wandelingen en daarna een lekker fris biertje. 300 m verder een visrestaurant. Voor familiegroepen-volwassen en kinderen- is dit een aanrader. Wij waren zeer tevreden.

Zéér aangename vakantiewoning op een prachtige locatie met veel privacy. We zijn zéér gemoedelijk ontvangen. De vakantiewoning bood ons alles om relaxt ons weekend door te brengen. De sauna is een topper, de tuin en het riviertje achteraan een meerwaarde. 100% tevreden

Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een verkenning van de Hoge Venen. Werkelijk geen enkel moment ervaren dat de eigenaars boven wonen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met welkomsttaart.
Rustig gelegen. Grote leefruimte. Bijkomend tv kamer ideaal voor kids. Je kan mooie wandelingen maken vertrekkend van aan de woning. Ook Monschau is dicht bij. Railbike op 10 min, zowel volwassenen als kinderen sterk van genoten. Ligt tussen twee meren. Waterloopje in tuin is meerwaarde in zomer.
Heerlijk weekendje met de familie. Het was een huis op onze maat met een ideale ligging. Fijne Barbecue, tafeltennis, riviertje, vriendelijke attentie van de eigenaar.

Belle maison bien située. Je trouve que le confort est bon mais il manque un ou 2bons couteaux de cuisine. Nous n avons eu aucune information sur le tri des poubelles, ce qui est dommage.. Dans la petite chambre le lit superposé est dangereux et donc non utilisable avec de jeunes enfants
Zeer mooi en leuk huis, zeer proper. Tuin met terras en schommel voor de kinderen. Zeer leuk is het water beekje beneden in de tuin. Heel rustige omgeving, perfecte liiging voor wandelingen zowel in het bos als over verharde wegen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars die u graag verder helpen. Extra troef is 300 meter verderop de visvijver/restaurant.
Leuk verblijf gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Garage mogen gebruiken om de fietsen in te plaatsen. Tuin kon een maaibeurt gebruiken. Zeer goede ontvangst met een verrassingsattentie. Geen hinder dat eigenaar boven de vakantiewoning woont.

Een heerlijk huis op een fantastische plek! Het beekje bij het huis is ideaal om lekker te vertoeven en te spelen. Het ontvangst was heel prettig en gastvrij. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De volgende keer gaan we een week i.p.v. een weekend.
Het was een mooi huis en heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Het riviertje in de tuin is een enorm pluspunt. Het enige minpuntje is dat de gordijnen nogal dun zijn en de kwaliteit van de hoofdkussens. Maar we gaan zeker terug, het is ook ideaal gelegen, dichtbij het meer van Butgenbach.

Très bon endroit, spacieux, confortable et idéalement situé. Le seul bémol est la taque de cuisson (vitrocéramique) qui demande à y être habitué. Hôte accueillant qui répond immédiatement aux questions et qui réserve un bon accueil (beignets locaux délicieux!)

Belle endroit pour les randonneurs et cyclistes
Een prachtig gelegen en zeer goed ingerichte vakantiewoning. De sauna is een absolute plus. In feite gaat het om de onder verdieping van een huis maar dit heeft nooit gestoord.
Maison très sympa et très grande. Idéale pour un séjour en groupe. Proche des commodités de Butgenbach. Petite crainte au début en sachant que les propriétaires habitaient au dessus. Ils ont été très conciliants et aimables vu le bruit que peut occasionner un groupe de 8 personnes. On les en remercie. 3 salles de bains modernes ce qui est pratique lorsque l'on est en groupe et un sauna ce qui est toujours agréable pour un moment détente. On recommande cette maison.
Prima logement in een prachtige omgeving.
Maison très propre, très grande et très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants (y compris la vaisselle en plastique) Salon TV a part. Vraiment parfait. Il y a un point mineur a améliorer, une des chambres est très petite mais surtout équipée d'un lit superposé ou la literie a été changé mais ce qui fait que le matelas est au dessus de la barrière. C'est dangereux pour les enfants
Heel mooi en ruim vakantiehuis, uitstekende ligging. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Sauna is een groot pluspunt! De tuin en vooral het paadje naar het huis, mocht wel iets beter onderhouden zijn. Het beekje achter het huis was super voor de kids en hond. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Prima vakantiehuis voor groepen tot 12 personen. Heel vriendelijke en snelle ontvangst, correct geprijsd. Huis zelf op alles voorzien, zeer net en groot. Leuke tuin en terras met mogelijkheid tot leuke barbecue. Enige minpuntje: geen goede verduistering in slaapkamers.
