When you have a weekend away as a group, it is important for each person to feel comfortable. This villa can accommodate 14 guests in the utmost comfort. It has six beautiful bedrooms, four of which have private bathrooms and two share a fifth bathroom. The huge, bright living space has a bar area, a TV room, and a games room upstairs for the kids. The indoor heated pool has large patio doors providing direct access to the patio and garden, in order to enjoy a dip in the summer as well as the winter. You’ll also find an area for relaxation with a sauna and loungers.

Huis is echt super! Heel ruim, heerlijk zwembad. Locatie ook erg fijn voor dagelijkse boodschappen. We hebben genoten!
Prima, zeer geschikt voor familiegroep
Goed gelegen huis, vlakbij restaurants en winkels.Mooi ingericht alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig,mooie welnessruimte.Enig minpuntje wat nacht lawaai van brasserie rechtover het huis ,is gelukkig maar een paar dagen open.
Wij hebben met onze familie genoten van ons verblijf in dit vakantiehuis. Alles was naar wens.

Zeer mooi vakantiehuis. Alles was netjes en in orde. De kleinkinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. Wij hebben er met de familie (14 personen) een heel gezellig weekend doorgebracht.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauna ist hervorragend, die Gegend auch. Der Besitzer war ansprechbar und hat dich gekümmert. Wir würden aber kein Haus mit Schwimmbsd mehr buchen. Die Kinder sind furchtbar enttäuscht, wenn sie es nicht benutzen dürfen und in dem Fall ist es dann auch einfach zu teuer.
Mag wat meer onderhoudsmiddelen (borstel -vuilblik-aftrekker aan zwembad )er was teveel chloor in het zwembad 2kinderen hebben huiduitslag gekregen en konden niet meer zwemmen
Excellent séjour dans un gîte très bien aménagé. Un petit conseil, n'y allez pas en période de carnaval...sauf si vous souhaitez participer !
Mooi vakantiehuis, prima onderhouden , goede uitvalsbasis
Mooi, fijn en schoon vakantiehuis met veel voorzieningen. Heerlijk weekend gehad en optimaal kunnen genieten van de faciliteiten in en rond het huis. Goede ligging midden in Butgenbach waar in de buurt veel te beleven is. Een echte aanrader!
Great home to stay in. Would recommend 10/10.
Ruime recente woning. Gelegen in het centrum maar toch rustig. Nette kamers met eigen badkamer. Zwembad in de woning was goed verwarmd zodat je er op regenachtige dagen ook van kan genieten. Op zonnige dagen kan het schuifraam geopend worden zodat je toch het buitengevoel hebt tijdens het zwemmen. Wij komen terug!
Wij hebben genoten van de woning en prachtige fiets omgeving!
Prachtig en praktisch huis, dichtbij winkels en restaurants. De kinderen hebben zich ontzettend geamuseerd in het binnenzwembad.

Tout était super du début à la fin! Gîte magnifique et très bien équipé. Seule petite remarque : légère odeur d’égouts provenant des douches des salles de bain.
