This pleasant holiday home offers you a holiday with all mod cons in the centre of Barvaux. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sofa bed in the living room and communal terrace. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

This beautiful apartment is located in a listed house in the centre of Barvaux, which has 7 apartments. Light, a feeling of space, a quality finish, elegant furniture and touches of colour are all aspects that contribute to the comfortable and contemporary atmosphere of the location. The apartment also has other sizeable assets. It has excellent acoustic insulation and everything is adapted to people with reduced mobility. The apartment is on the first floor and the residence has a lift. 

You’ll stay in Barvaux-sur-Ourthe, in Luxembourg province in an ideal location near all the shops, a free public car park and the Ourthe river. The region is very touristy and has a whole host of activities available for all: kayaking, mountain biking, playgrounds, tennis, terrace by the water... Set off on a walk on a 7 km tourist trail along the river from Barvaux to Durbuy (accessible to people with disabilities) or  stroll  in the Hottemme domain, a vast park ideal for relaxing in a magnificent natural setting. Want to get moving? Then  Durbuy  is a must-see, just like  Wéris , ‘One of the Most Beautiful Villages in Wallonia’, and Tohogne, a stunning stone village to visit.

The building has  4 holiday homes in total . It’s practical if several parties would like to stay, each with their own privacy. The terrace shared by the 4 apartments (with garden furniture) is accessible just by walking round the building. Coming by train? Easy, the station’s 300 metres away! And if you’re coming by car, you have a large public car park free of charge 30 metres from the holiday home. Travel light - bedsheets and towels are included in the rental.

Zeer aangenaam en verzorgd appartement met het nodige comfort. Ligging is ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen langsheen de Ourthe. Enig nadeel is dat het langs een drukke invalsweg ligt. Aan de achterkant van het gebouw is wel een gezamenlijk gezellig terras om tot rust te komen.

Een héél fijn weekend gehad met vriendinnen. We waren wat later voor de in heck, maar daar was begrip voor. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen en kregen een rondleiding met alle nodige info. Ook bij vragen kregen we een snel antwoord. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer, zeker een aanrader !
