The modern decor of this in 2023 renovated holiday home integrates in a very tasteful way some traditional elements. With your company, you have 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms, spread over the ground and second floor. Always handy for people with limited mobility. Downstairs you will be immediately surprised by the very stylish living room with a wood stove and comfortable Chesterfield chairs. The perfectly equipped kitchen will put a wide smile on the face of the hobby cooks in your company. In the extended part of the spacious dining room, it's pleasant to have a drink at the counter of the bar, where you can also play an exciting game of table football. An annex is entirely dedicated to wellness: a covered lounge area with jacuzzi and a sauna. Outside, it's wonderful to have breakfast or barbecue at the large tables on your terrace. In the immense, fenced (handy for the dogs!) garden, the large swimming pool invites you to refreshing dips. In between, it's nice to sunbathe in the various sun loungers and comfortable chairs. And do you like to go out by bike? After your tours, you can safely store all bicycles in the secured storage.
The location of your holiday home offers you the very best of two worlds. On the one hand, due to its location in a cul-de-sac, you enjoy the immense peace of unspoilt nature. And on the other hand, bustling Durbuy with all its activities and sights is nearby. Right in front of your door, a RAVeL-route passes by, which after a walk or bike ride of 1.8 km brings you to the smallest city (but also one of the cosiest!) in the world. Another destination is Wéris, where you can visit the archaeological site with thousands of years old menhirs and dolmens. Another tip if you want to go out on foot or by bike: as an Ardennes-étape customer, you enjoy free premium access to the GPS app SityTrail, which guides you along more than 2500 tours in the Ardennes. Fancy an original outing on Sunday? Then head to La Petite Batte in Bomal, a unique mix of a flea and regular market.

Prima huis voor een familie.
Zeer mooi en praktisch huis. Ruime slaapkamers en living. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal.
Zeer mooi ruim vakantiehuis. We verbleven met 10 personen, en het was echt wel luxe dat elke kamer een badkamer heeft. Daarnaast een grote sauna die bij aankomst eerst niet bleek te werken. Maar de vriendelijke eigenaresse zorgde ervoor dat deze 's anderendaags in de voormiddag nog gemaakt werd. Prima service dus! Bakker en slager zijn kortbij, net zoals Durbuy Adventure en Durbuy zelf. Ideale uitvalsbasis dus voor een leuk verblijf in Durbuy!
Mooi, verzorgd huis met een goede ligging op wandelafstand van Durbuy. Bakker en slager op 600 meter en warenhuizen ook vlakbij in Barvaux. Er was even een klein probleem met de verwarming, maar dat was heel snel opgelost door de vriendelijke eigenares.
Gite très bien situé. 30minutes a pieds du centre de Durbuy, 15minutes à pieds de l’adventure valley. 5 Chambres avec sdb privatives vraiment très cosy et très bien décorées! Feu ouvert qui met une ambiance très chaleureuse dans la pièce de vie. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La propriétaire nous a accueillie le premier jour. Très gentille et disponible. Je recommande ce gîte sans hésiter.
Nous sommes très heureux d avoir pu loger dans ce beau gîte. Séjour très rustique et chambres avec salles de bains au top. à recommander sans hésitation.
Dommage que le sauna est hors service cela enlève au charme de la maison, le jacuzzi est très bien par contre. La pièce est très froide donc l'hiver on ne s'y attarde pas. La maison est très spacieuse et pratique avec toutes ses chambres équipées chacune d'une salle de bain et WC, la cuisine est pratique, rien ne manque La situation proche de Durbuy même à pied est super
Séjour très sympathique
Ontzettend net huisje waar wij met een familie van 6 volwassenen en 6 kinderen een week verblijf gehad hebben. Op iedere kamer een eigen douche is super. Verder ook netjes het zwembad verwarmd en sauna en jacuzzi super netjes. Communicatie met verhuurder ging soepel en netjes. Voor ons een echte aanrader en komen hier zeker graag nog een keer terug. Een toilet bij het wellness gedeelte zou fijn zijn omdat je nu met natte kleren door de woonkamer moet, dit is het enige wat jammer is verder 100%
Geweldig huis met veel mogelijkheden voor iedereen! Goede ligging.

Bon acceuil des propriétaires tres sympatique. Endroit calme et beau gite juste a ameliorer l odeur des égouts car tres désagréable ,le probleme électrique , pas de toilette exterieur coté piscine un peus embetant de traverser le rez de chaussée en etant trempé ou devoir faire tout le tour de la villa pour rentrer par devant. Ameliorer le site de la pétanque...désherber la zone de jeu ...peut etre mettre un rateau a disposition pour egaliser le terrain .de petanque. Pas de buche de bois ,payé
