Here you have many hiking opportunities, right within your immediate surroundings. For instance, explore the surrounding villages directly, starting from the village of Mozet. Want to treat yourself to some extra indulgence? Then book an outdoor spa, where you will enjoy a barrel sauna and traditional rain shower, a hot tub overlooking the orchards as well as a small lounge.
Gesves is set in an excellent location, right on the edge of the Belgian Ardennes. The Namur Condroz region is dotted with charming villages, manor farms and picturesque towns. For example, Ciney, the capital of the Condroz and Namur, the surprising capital of Wallonia, and its legendary citadel are only about 20 minutes away. A hidden treasure in this region? The picturesque village of Crupet and its exceptional heritage (an 11th-century castle with dungeon), its meandering streams, narrow alleyways and beautiful stonework. Highly recommended!
