This wonderful holiday home in the region of Houffalize, is pleasantly furnished, making it perfect for spending quality time with family. You’ll no doubt enjoy unwinding in the living room in the evenings. It has a TV and a radio-CD player. A wireless internet connection is available throughout the house.
Everything is provided and well organised in the small kitchen so that you can prepare your meals: electric hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, soup blender, and a percolator.
The three bedrooms are peaceful. You’ll spend comfortable and quiet nights in them! The house has two bathrooms, one of which is private with a shower and washbasin. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
The communal garden is partly enclosed. The BBQ grill awaits you for the preparation of fantastic Ardennes dishes while your children entertain themselves in the garden.
This house is also suitable for people with reduced mobility thanks to the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.

Come and explore this amazing reserve and see its flora and fauna.
Houffalize is also well known for being popular with mountain biking enthusiasts in Belgium. Houffabike gives you the opportunity to try out six trails, which range in difficulty from easy to challenging.

Gezellige woning, gelegen in een rustige omgeving . Uitgangspunt van vele mooie wandelingen in de buurt.
goede ontvangst, we konden duidelijke afspraken maken ivm aankomst en vertrek. alles voorzien zoals beschreven op de website. wel geen wifi, maar voor een weekendje relaxen was het voor ons niet echt een probleem. Qua hygiêne geen opmerking. Alles was proper! We komen zeker nog terug.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, endroit calme, jardin agréable avec mobilier, transat et barbecue, il ne manquait rien pour notre confort. De belles promenades sont à faire dans le village et les environs. Tout était parfait.
L'accueil et le logement étaient au TOP! Le propriétaire super dispo, rien à redire, je recommande fortement ce logement!

Mooi vakantiehuis, fijne rustige omgeving. Gunstige prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf in dit vakantiehuis, alles wat we verwachtten was aanwezig. De nabijheid van de auberge was voor ons een pluspunt gezien onze beperkte mobiliteit. De aanwezigheid van de trappen maakte de toegang tot het vakantiehuis wat moeilijker.

Semaine avec mon époux, mon fils et petit fils, endroit beau et calme, propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles, notre chien avait ses petits bonbons chaque jour. Merci à eux. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et recommandons.

Alles was in order en near wens. Vriendelijk onthaal. Vorig jaar zijn we daar ook geweest en doordat we tevreden waren hebben we terug geboekt om naar daar terug te gaan.

Prima huisje, direct aan de MTB routes. Ideaal voor ons! Misschien een iets te klein zit gedeelte voor 6 personen (passen niet allemaal op de bank :-) )
Alles tiptop in orde. Kleine tip voor de eigenaar: voorzie een handdoekhaakje in de badkamer.
