Located in the countryside of the province of Luxembourg, this semi-detached house is ideal for family groups. With its modern and elegant décor, it exudes a soothing atmosphere. The traditional materials add a rustic touch. This 200 m² holiday home has three levels and can comfortably accommodate six to eight people. On the ground floor, you will find a play area both for children and adults, as well as the dining room and kitchen. The living room is located on the first level, thus offering tranquillity and privacy. With its comfortable designer furniture, it exudes an inviting atmosphere. On this level, you will also find two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of them features an infrared cabin to enjoy a wellness session. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with sober decor, as well as a mezzanine lounge that turns into a sleeping area, if necessary. Finally, this exceptional cottage also has a 40 m² covered terrace equipped with a jacuzzi for six people. It overlooks an 80 m² garden where your children can play safely.
Just three kilometres away from your holiday cottage, the village of Nadrin attracts many visitors. It is attached to the city of Houffalize, which is considered the Belgium capital of mountain biking. Time to get on the saddle! During your stay, also visit the Cyril Chocolat workshop, where you can taste homemade delicacies.

Super midweek gehad!
Très agréable maison située entre la Roche et Houffalize. Endroit idéal pour randos VTT (but de notre séjour), maison très agréable y compris sa terrasse et le jacuzzi. Communication parfaite avec l’hôte, je recommande !
Gezellig en modern ingerichte vakantiewoning, voorzien van alle comfort. Minpuntje: de mezanine kan niet verduisterd worden.

We hebben genoten van ons weekend in Berismenil. Het huis is prachtig en compleet. Zowel binnen als buiten leuke zitjes. De jaccuzzi onder de overkapping is een cadeautje. De rustige landelijke ligging is perfect; dichtbij la Roche en Houffalize hebben we ons vermaakt met wandelen, trailrunning, kanoen, fietsen en lekker eten.

Heel fijn huis en fijn contact met verhuurder en heerlijke jacuzzi
Erg fijn verblijf gehad tijdens vriendenweekend. Erg compleet schoon huisje, comfortabele bedden en sanitair, bubbelbad een grote pre. Keuken verdient een pluspunt qua compleetheid, zelfs scherpe messen, enige verbetertip zijn de koekenpannen (die zijn aan vervanging toe).
Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf achter de rug in dit vakantiehuis. Het was erg koud buiten, maar hier kregen we het gezellig warm dankzij de radiatoren en de houtkachel. Het huis vormt de ideale startplaats voor een magnifieke wandeling langs de Ourthe (aanrader).

Gîte très sympathique pour une famille
Het was een heel fijn verblijf! Enige minpuntje: de jaccuzi was nog niet warm op onze eerste avond. We namen dit huisje specifiek om de jaccuzi, wanneer je dan maar 2 nachten blijft, wens je er op de eerste avond ook al in te gaan. Maar verder top huisje!
Een zeer goeie communicatie vooraf; een aangename ontvangst ter plaatse. Heel mooie vakantiewoning voorzien van alle luxe. Uitgebreide keuken met zelfs basis spullen (olie, kruiden,…) aanwezig. Genoten van de jacuzzi en infrarood. Mooie ligging en goeie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in La Roche, Houffalize, … Een aanrader!

Très chouette maison en pleine nature, au calme, pas loin de La Roche. Maison hyper équipée, tout est là, tout est propre, fonctionnel, literie impeccable, agréable à vivre. Nous y avons passé un très chouette we en famille. Il y a boulangerie, petite surface, pharmacie, à 2-3 km. Le jaccuzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus (nous avions choisi notre hébergement en focntion entre autres de ce critère). Contact permanent via whattsApp avec la proprio qui se soucie gentiment de ses touristes.

Mooie woning voorzien van alle comfort! Vriendelijke ontvangst/uitleg door de eigenares Sara. Goeie ligging van de woning maakt het ook perfect voor prachtige wandelingen.
Schoon huis, vriendelijke en makkelijke eigenaresse. Alles was er voldoende. Het was gewoon perfect voor ons!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis, genoten met ons gezin van alle faciliteiten. Fijne jacuzzi, compleet ingericht huis, rustige ligging en toch dichtbij diverse activiteiten en La Roche en Ardennes. Kortom aanrader!
Er hadden meer zeteltjes of salon in de eetplaats mogen staan dan wordt er meer salengezeten,boven de salon is te klein voor 6 personen.
