This fully equipped holiday home is situated in a former bakery. The cosy living room, with its attractive fireplace, is a great place to settle in for a bit. Watch a movie, immerse yourself in a good book, or simply enjoy each other’s company. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a four-burner electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. A coffee maker, kettle, soup mixer, juicer, and toaster are also provided. You’ll find a cosy bedroom upstairs with a comfortable double bed and a neatly finished bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. The beautiful, sunny garden is a picture to behold and a lovely place to take a break. Because even though the holiday home is located in a village, the surroundings exude tranquillity. Fabulous! The holiday home is ideally located in relation to some nice walks and just 500 m from the tourist office, various shops, and a bakery. The centre of Lierneux and the villages Vielsalm and Trois-Point are also nearby. The ski slope at Baraque Fraiture, Belgium’s highest station, offers the perfect opportunity to practise your favourite winter sports, such as skiing, tobogganing, and cross-country skiing. Another fun family activity can be found at La Ferme de la Planche farm in Gouvy, specifically farmer’s golf. The whole family will have a hilarious afternoon in the meadow, among the horses and cows! Children can also take a guided ride on the back of a donkey here. Or you can all take a walk on the barefoot walking trail, a unique experience!

Moulin Bock in Houffalize is the right place to go for adventurous activities. Moulin Bock is the specialist in team building, survival, and adventurous outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, climbing, kayaking, and archery, in the beautiful green setting of the Ardennes. Het is een mooi huisje. Vanaf het huisje kun je mooie wandel en fietstochten maken.

het was ons 2de verblijf alles zeer goed buiten badkamer die aan enige renovatie toe is wat de eigenares ook zelf erkende. In ieder geval weer zeer fijne vakantie gehad en komen zeker nog een derde keer terug in de toekomst.
Dit moet zowat het slechtste weer geweest zijn in ong. 50 jaar Ardennen-vakanties , (zondag 6 aug. was het buiten 7°,bakken regen en stormwind). En toch hebben wij een deugddoende vakantie gehad. 2de maal in dit kleine maar fijne huis. Vriendelijke en discrete gastvrouw, mooie tuin en de nieuwe elektr. radiator 's avonds een paar maal opgezet (in augustus!!!!) Heel mooie streek ook.
Knus en comfortabel vakantiehuis met dikke muren die het warm houden in de winter en koel in zomer. Heerlijke banken en cd speler (had gelukkig zelf cd's bij ons) en tv met Nederlandse, Belgische zenders en BBC. Beneden geen wc, Wel boven in de doucheruimte (waar de afstap erg hoog is) en een trapreling ontbreekt (bij afdalen kun je je vasthouden aan een houten afscheidingsrek boven op de slaapkamer en de muur). Veel privacy in de mooie tuin. Horren boven dus ramen kunnen open.

Petit gite très douillet et coquet, idéalement situé quand on aime la rando : beaucoup de très jolis circuits au départ-même du gite. Charmante terrasse magnifiquement exposée qui nous a permis de petit déjeuner au soleil, et de boucler la journée avec un apéro ... toujours au soleil!
Reeds tweemaal eerder verbleven in dit vakantiehuis. Heel goed gelegen in mooie omgeving, een echt wandelparadijs. De woning voldoet aan alle vereisten. Recente, nieuwe verwarming. Ook een nieuw bed maar dat was wat ons betreft geen verbetering. Blijft een aanrader.

Gîte très chouette, cosy et très bien équipé. Accueil très sympa. Toutes les facilités (boulangerie, magasin, librairie, pharmacie...) accessibles à distance de marche. Super région pour des balades !

Knus en zeer schoon huisje, fijne ligging, vriendelijke gastvrouw.
Een mooi huisje die al wat ouder is van inrichting, maar goed onderhouden wordt. De verwarming werkte niet altijd even goed maar de eigenares was daarvan op de hoogte en hing dit aanpakken.

Gite au calme, propriétaire sympathique.
Zeer aangename ontvangst en knus huisje. Mooie en rustige omgeving. Keuken gebruiksvriendelijk ingericht. We misten wel een kleerhanger beneden om onze jassen op te hangen. Tips naar veiligheid: het zou beter zijn om een trapleuning te voorzien. Ook de opstap in de douche is vrij hoog.

Zalige vakantie gehad. Vriendelijke, hulpvaardige en discrete gastvrouw. Bij 30° veel schaduw in de mooie tuin en koel in het huisje. Rustige plaats en mooie streek. Winkels en cafe kort bij. Huisje klein maar fijn! Top!
Een mooi een compleet ingericht vakantiehuis voor twee personen in een rustig dorp, een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en voor het bezoeken van leuke plaatsen in de omgeving. De supermarkt op loopafstand vonden we een groot pluspunt, alsmede de ruime tuin waar we heerlijk konden luieren en eten. Ook heel fijn dat de vriendelijke gastvrouw ons helemaal onze gang liet gaan, maar wel beschikbaar was voor eventuele vragen. Kortom: een aanrader, dit huis!

Het was een gezellig knus huisje , alleen ontbrak er kapstokken beneden voor je jassen te hangen ., deze moesten we over de stoelen hangen . Ook was de tv naar de kleine kant , bed had beter 1 matras geweest.
Al het nodige was aanwezig in het huis. Bij minder goed weer lijkt de woning nogal donker. Op slaapkamer graag iets meer centrale verlichting in plaats van boven kleerkast.

Ik vond het een ideaal huisje om de rust te kunnen vinden om te schrijven en ter afwisseling waren er prachtige wandelingen te maken in de omgeving.
Erg gezellig huisje met veel privacy. De liggen is super en binnen 15-20 minuten rijden ben je bij de meeste hotspots van de Ardennen. De eigenares is gastvrij.

Een zeer nette accomodatie. Alles aanwezig, zeer uitgebreid. Een kapstok vóór jassen beneden zou handig zijn!

Adorable maisonnette tour confort, avec tous les équipements et une belle impression d'être hors du temps. Propriétaire charmante, nous recommandons vraiment le lieu.
