This fantastic, 2-star holiday home is very centrally located near Malmedy, Weismes, and Ovifat. A stop in Malmedy is an absolute must when staying in the Belgian Ardennes. It has a rich history and the centre is well-stocked with quaint shops, restaurants, and cafés. Don’t miss the Malmundarium: this former monastery in the centre of Malmedy has been completely renovated and turned into a museum. Visit one of the studios or organised exhibitions. Here is where you can learn all about Malmedy’s rich history.
But there’s more! There are plenty of fun activities in the area, such as paintball at Sniper Zone Paintball, swimming at the Mon Repos outdoor pool, or bowling at Bowling 362. Chalet confortable, il n'y manque rien. Jolie vue sur une belle vallée boisée, très beau parc avec beaucoup de possibilité de distraction pour les enfants. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement situé à 3 km du centre de la très jolie ville de Malmedy. Beaucoup de belles balades pédestres ont été proposées par le propriétaire. Demandez-lui la carte!

Leuk huisje met een prachtig terras en uitzicht. Ondanks dat het niet groot is , is alles aanwezig om er een prettig verblijf te hebben. Eigenaar gaf goede informatie en kaarten van de omgeving.

Superbe "mini-chalet", idéal pour 2 personnes. Bel emplacement, propreté impeccable, très bien équipé, très bon lit. La région est magnifique ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (week-end)

Bien qu'un petit retard pour être accueilli, la sympathie du propriétaire et le charme des lieux nous ont amplement comblés ! Un séjour peu onéreux, pour un maximum de détente. Je recommande vivement !

We hebben hier met ons 2-en een heerlijk weekend gehad, met een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam als u hulp wenst. Verder behouden ze een gepaste prettige afstand. In de omschrijving van de woning stond niets over de keuken en de inrichting; alles wat u nodig kunt hebben op vakantie zit in deze keuken: combioven, magnetron, Senseo apparaat, koffiezetmachine, waterkoker, staafmixer, ruime koelkast met separaat vriesvak. ruim terras met geniaal uitzicht

Leuke kleine vakantiewoning (eigenlijk een veredeld thuishuis), maar alles is aanwezig, zelfs vaatwas. De chalet is buiten het centrum gelegen, dus voor winkels moet je naar het centrum van Malmedy rijden. Maar er zijn talrijke leuke wandelingen. Maar een beetje (veel) conditie is vereist...
Tout était super. Si vous cherchez un petit chalet intimiste c’est l’endroit idéal.
Wij hebben genoten van een klein maar zeer complete vakantie woning. Mooi vrij uitzicht over het dal . Alles netjes en goed onderhouden. Zelfs een vaatwasser aanwezig die niet vermeldt staat op de inventarislijst. Een heerlijke haard due zeer welkom was in het koude weekend van ons verblijf.
Geweldige ligging met een heel gezellig huisje. Het is niet groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om er een aangenaam verblijf van te maken. Ik zou er zo in kunnen blijven wonen. Heel rustig gelegen. Heel tevreden van dit huisje.

Wij zochten een klein vakantieverblijf voor 2 personen, met net meer luxe dan kamperen. We zijn met weinig al snel tevreden. Dit huisje was precies wat we zochten. Klein, knus, op een half uurtje lopen van Malmedy en vanuit daar zijn alle wandelroutes perfect bereikbaar (we kwamen om te wandelen). Het huisje ligt vrij, op het achterterrein bij een woning. Je zit heel privé. We hopen nog eens terug te komen!
Alles was prima, mooi uitzicht . Fijne ligging. Als we dan 2 minpuntjes moeten zeggen dan was het vuilbakje in de badkamer niet leeggemaakt . En onze buren hadden op zaterdag een luid feestje. Maar verder een topverblijf gehad . Leuk huisje , erg netjes onderhouden.
Gezellige en goed gelegen chalet, ideaal voor een romantisch verblijf met twee. De omgeving biedt prachtige wandelingen zoals deze naar de rotsen van de warche, de rotsen van falize en aan het kasteel van rheinardstein. De eigenaars waren tevens erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Een ideaal huisje voor koppels. Mooi ingericht en onderhouden. Ideale ligging voor activiteiten zoals vele wandelroutes.

Super chalet tout confort au calme dans une région magnifique aux activités multiples et diverses,sportives ou non.
Zeer aangenaam huisje voor 2 personen, alles was tiptop in orde en zeer proper.
Magnifique lieu pour passer un séjour calme et au milieu de la nature. Hôtes bienveillants et prompts à communiquer des informations utiles sur les promenades à faire et les petits restaurants des environs.

Top chalet. Prima onderhouden, goed uitgerust, prachtige ligging. Enige minpuntje is burenlawaai/ autolawaai ivm huis?chalet?zaaltje? dat vlakbij beneden ligt.
Aangenaam verrast vooral omdat het onze eerste keer in een vakantie woning was mooie omgeving aanrader voor vrienden
Heel joviale eigenaars, die ons bij aankomst veel informatie gaven over de omgeving en wandelmogelijkheden. Je geniet van een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur. Gezellig ingericht.
Perfect! Goed en flexibel ontvangst, vriendelijke man. Genoten van het uitzicht en de barbecue. :)
Nous avons apprécié le côté cosy et chaleureux du chalet, qui était par ailleurs très propre et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants. La propriété est assez vaste et donne vraiment l'impression d'être en vacances. Le centre de Malmedy avec toutes ses commodités n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture. La terrasse du chalet offre une très agréable vue. La région est magnifique. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Aucun point négatif à mentionner!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in het vakantiehuis. De eigenaar kwam even langs om uitleg te geven alsook om informatie over de omgeving te geven. Het huisje was knus en gezellig door het haardvuur. Verder was het ook een ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de streek. Aan te raden voor koppels.

Chouette chalet, très bien aménagé pour un séjour à 2. Le chalet est très bien chauffé et ne manque de rien. L'emplacement est super pour débuter de nombreuses randonnées. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont conseillé certaines balades et lieux où l'on a pu déguster de bon petit plats tel qu'à l'auberge du lac. Un week-end au top!
