Renovated in 2013, this holiday cottage is equipped to welcome up to 9 persons in the beautiful city of Malmedy, in the province of Liège. It offers a warm and convivial atmosphere and numerous activities such as an indoor swimming pool, and a playroom.
The major asset of this self-catering accommodation is undoubtedly the beautiful indoor swimming pool. There is also a playroom with ping-pong table, and an access to a nice wooden terrace equipped with deckchairs, ideal for sunbathing in the summer.
The ground floor of the house is inviting and nicely furnished. It includes and large and very bright living area, comprising a living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and an equipped and functional eat-in kitchen. The veranda near the dining room is a place dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Enjoy the brightness of the day, or the peacefulness of the night, looking through the wide bay windows, and enjoy the furnished terrace when the sun is shining.
This holiday cottage counts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms are delicately decorated, each one with a special ambiance. The children’s room also offers a living room with television, so they can enjoy their own area.
The luxury villa is located between the cities of Malmedy and Stavelot, two major tourist towns in the province of Liège. You will be offered loads of possible attractions! Each city has a very specific folklore, their carnivals are amongst the biggest events of the year! Also, the famous Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack is only a stone’s throw away! Don’t miss it if you are a motor sports lover! You can even go to the racetrack’s Karting to experience speed and thrills!
The area contains various museums, for example in the Abbey of Stavelot or the Malmundarium in Malmedy! And the discerning gourmets will be pleased, too, because the region offers tons of delicious restaurants and catering services!
The province of Liège is also a perfect destination for winter holidays! It overflows with activities to experience on the blanket of snow! Have you ever tried cross-country skiing? Countless trails are available in the area! The Mount Rigi offers cross-country ski trails, while alpine skiing is possible at the Val de Wanne!

The Spa-Francorchamps Racetrack proposes events from mid-March until Mid-November. The Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place at the end of summer! The Racetrack also has its own museum, located in the Abbey of Stavelot!

Très bon accueil Maison très spacieuse et soignée Piscine agréable pour les enfants.
Leuke woning.. enige nadeel is dat er veel insecten zijn om de woning, horren zouden het aangenamer maken. Ook stonk de woning wanneer ramen dicht waren. We moesten regelmatig de woning luchten.
Wederom een fijne vakantie gehad in het mooie ruime vakantiehuis met zwembad , groot en klein heeft er van genoten.
Maison spacieuse, accueil chaleureux.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet. L'ambiance est chaleureuse et le paysage magnifique. Les environs sont très calmes. La propriétaire est sympathique. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème avec la température de la piscine qui est la même que dans les piscines publiques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Met 3 volwassenen, 2 (middel)grote kinderen en 2 kleinere kinderen was dit een uitstekend verblijf met een zwembad wat opa (76) wel een beetje te fris vond. Dit verblijf is zeer zeker aan te bevelen ! ! ! ! !
Excellent séjour, très bon accueil et gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille.
Wir (2 ältere Ehepaare) sind freundlich empfangen worden und wir konnten uns sogar auf deutsch verständigen. Das Haus bietet alles, was einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub ausmacht. Es hat eine tolle Lage und eine gute Ausstattung. Vor allen Dingen hat uns das Schwimmbad gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein kleineres Problem wurde sofort behoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Je recommande absolument, nous aurions souhaité que l'eau e la piscine soit un peu moins froide.

Fijn verblijf gehad in een fijn huis ,heerlijk zwembad. En een mooie omgeving.
Ontvangst was goed en zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Nette ruime woning en mooie ligging vlakbij het circuit van Spa. Sommige plekken in de woning wat achterstallig onderhoud, maar niet vervelend of last van gehad. Mooi uitzicht en een fijne week vakantie gehad!

La piscine est trop froide pour les enfants. La propriétaire ne veut pas augmenter la température prétextant que seul un technicien peut le faire. La table de ping pong est inutilisable, cassée, filet détendu et reparé avec du scotch, les raquettes sont aussi cassées ou en plastique. La cabine infra rouge mentionnée dans l’annonce au moment de la réservation a été retirée avant notre arrivée sans compensation justifiant que la piscine était l’attrait de cette maison alors que celle-ci est froide

De gastvrouw was heel aardig en behulpzaam. De slaapkamer met het stapelbed was helemaal ingericht, zodat ook de kinderen zich prima konden vermaken. Een eigen bankje, tafeltje, poefjes rondom. Hier hebben de kinderen gezellig spelletjes zitten spelen. Het zwembad was prima, net als de tafeltennistafel. Op elke verdieping een wc was ook fijn! Ook de keuken is uitgebreid ingericht, lekker veel bestek, borden, bekers en glazen. Het was een heel fijn huis!
Wij waren hier 1 week met 6 kinderen leeftijd 0 tot 11 jaar, huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en we waren nog lang niet uitgekeken in de omgeving. Top vakantie gehad!
