This nice detached holiday home was built in 2011 and is ideal for a family with children. Everything is provided for when you come with a baby: baby cot, high chair and a microwave. It is located in a quiet street in the countryside. From the large fenced garden and the cozy terrace with barbecue, you enjoy a wonderful view of the valley. All rooms are modernly furnished with great attention to nice decoration details. In the living room, the large wood stove provides extra coziness. You have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The perfectly equipped kitchen invites you to fully live out the hobby cook in yourself. Bicycles and/or motorcycles can be parked in peace in the secured garage annex shed. Excellent news if you like to bring your four-legged friend(s): 2 dogs are welcome!

You stay in a beautiful region for hiking, cycling and motorcycling. An original destination here is the spectacular Rock of Falize, with its unique view over the Warche valley! Also, the fairy-tale surroundings of the waterfall of the Bayehon will surely charm young and old. The charming village of Coo has, in addition to its famous waterfall, a real amusement park where you are guaranteed to have a fantastic time with the whole family.

Your holiday home is located near the interesting town of Malmedy where you will certainly be impressed by the remarkable Cathedral and the fascinating Malmundarium historical museum. Also in the nearby Stavelot there is a lot to experience in the cultural field. You can visit the former Abbey a gallery with modern art and three museums, including that of the Museum of the nearby Circuit of Spa Francorchamps.
