In this unique location, you can admire the view from the terrace, the veranda or while relaxing in the outdoor Jacuzzi! In addition, you can unwind in the sauna, which is also located outside of the residence. Your children will be very pleased as well when they find the playground. From this wonderful holiday cottage you can go down to Malmedy by walking through the woods. The house features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Plus, the pellet stove will keep you warm during winter evenings.
Located in the heart of the Ardennes in the province of Liège, there are many attractions near this lovely cottage. For a dose of adrenaline, visit the Sniper Zone Paintball. For some interesting cultural outings, head to the Castle of Reinhardstein and the Baugnez 44 Historical Center. We also recommend a visit to the Bellevaux Brewery. If you are visiting in winter, you are ideally located to head to the ski slopes; while in summer, you have the river at 200m, the lake at one kilometre, and the outdoor pool in Malmedy to help you cool down.
Malmedy is one of the prettiest small towns in the Ardennes. And just as Waimes, it offers a wide choice of shops and restaurants.
With its unique location close to the centre of Malmedy and in the middle of the countryside, you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in the Ardennes.
Your dog is welcome in this holiday cottage. However, please note that the garden is not fenced with barbed wire, which would allow the dog to escape.
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Mooi huis met uitkijk. Niet luxe maar in basis prima. Moeilijk te vinden en uitdagend smal, glad en donker weggetje er naar toe.
Het huis is oud en te klein voor een grote groep. Er is hier en daar wel wat vernieuwd. Het ziet er ook niet echt zo uit als op de foto’s. Onder andere het meubilair. We dachten een grote tuin te hebben, maar dat was niet zo. Het uitzicht was wel prachtig en de hottub een echte aanrader. Malmedy is ook leuk om te verkennen. Super met de trap die van het huis rechtstreeks naar het centrum gaat. Om aan het huis zelf te geraken is wel moeilijk. We hadden zeker wel een leuk weekend !
Het huis is erg gezellig ingericht. Zeer lastig te vinden maar met begeleiding toch te bereiken. Mooie ligging, mooi uitzicht, trap naar centrum Malmedy vanuit de tuin = top. Keuken is te klein voor 8 personen. Bij aankomst was de pelletkachel aan en werd direct aangevuld door de eigenaar met het verzoek om deze te gebruiken vanwege de hoge energiekosten voor de cv (3 x goedkoper) maar vervolgens wel de pellets van de borg afhouden! je betaald al 120€ voor electra bij je boeking: Not Done!

Alleen al voor de locatie en het uitzicht moet je dit huis boeken. Het huis heeft iets aparts en ligt helemaal afgelegen. Korte wandeling en je bent in het centrum. Heel aangename gastheer die ons snel kwam helpen met de pelletkachel toen hij niet meer werkte. Zeer aan te raden!
Het was alweer de 6e keer dat we op dit fijne plekje waren. Zelfs de regen kon niet deren, want met een partytent over de hottub heen waren we als god in België. Wat een fijne plek, de eerst 4 keer was nog met kinderen en nu voor de 2e keer zonder. Tja het was in beide situaties een perfect huis.

Een beetje gebibberd tijdens de laatste halve kilometer per wagen (toch de eerste keer), maar eenmaal we de woning bereikten, kon het relaxen beginnen. Zelf pellets en houtblokken meebrengen, bleek een aanrader maar de ontvangst was supervriendelijk en de afrekening verliep zeer correct. Fenomenaal uitzicht vanuit de hottub! Dankzij een soort wandelroute geraakten we te voet sneller dan per wagen in het centrum. Globaal gezien een fantastisch weekend achter de rug 8-)
