This holiday home is both a charming mountain chalet and a comfortable modern villa, offering a living area that features a large living room arranged around a wood burning stove, a dining room that is very bright thanks to the large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens on to the living room. Everything has been thought out to make everyone feel right at home. The bedrooms, located on the same level, are decorated with simplicity and taste. Outside, a 4700-m² garden and a 50-m² terrace are at your disposal to enjoy nice barbecues. And there is no need to wait for the nice weather to dive into the pool, since it is heated to 28 °C by a heat pump.
The "Valley of Flavors" is home to the town of Somme-Leuze, located 6 km away from your holiday cottage. This is a region rich in local produce that you will enjoy discovering. Do you like cheese? Then do not miss the annual "Route of Cheese" organized by the town of Méan to enjoy all kinds of Ardennes cheeses. Nature lovers will also be delighted by Expnature, which gives you the chance to explore the region with a guide, on foot or by 4x4; or Riveo, a centre that includes a museum, 16 aquariums, and a reconstituted river arm. The Hotton Caves are also a place not to be missed. Located on the limestone strip of Calestienne, they are full of crystallizations that are not widespread. And for the sports fans, the swimming pool of Bohon, near Durbuy, awaits them with a water at 30 °C.

Wij hebben het huis en omgeving als heel fijn ervaren. Rust,ruimte,vogeltjes,ligging,erg fijn
Fijn huis , mooie locatie , vriendelijke gastvrouw/heer.
We hebben enorm genoten van een fantastisch verlengd weekend in jullie vakantiehuis! De ontvangst was hartelijk. Het zwembad was proper en verwarmd, een Ofyr BBQ , meerdere gezellige plaatsjes in de tuin om te genieten van de rust en het gefluit van de vogeltjes, een uitzicht om u tegen te zeggen, ... En als kers op de taart heerlijk zonnig en warm weer! Wij hebben dit adres alvast opgeslagen:-)
Het huis is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst was hartelijk. De locatie is prachtig evenals de ruime woning en tuin. De mooie ligging, het prachtige uitzicht en de super rustige omgeving, maakte deze week, ondanks het slechte weer, tot een bijzondere vakantie.
Een heel fijn huis met alles erop en eraan. Ook een grote tuin met veel privacy. Fijne houtkachel en een pelletkachel.
Voor ons gezin was dit vakantiehuis perfect. Wat vonden het huis erg gezellig en hebben genoten van de stille ligging het prachtige zicht vanuit de tuin. De kinderen leefden zich uit op de prima trampoline, met de voetbalgoal en met de spelletjeskast. Het huis is heel goed onderhouden en echt voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De warme welkom van de gastvrouw bij aankomst was ook fijn. Er zijn heel veel wandelkaarten aanwezig om in de buurt te gaan stappen. Heerlijke plek.

Een huis met een echt huis gevoel. Huis bestaat uit 1 verdieping met aan 1 zijde alleen ramen met een prachtig uitzicht. Alle luxe zijn aanwezig maar de meeste rijkdom van dit huis is de rust en stilte.
Prachtige ligging, heel rustig, wandelrijke omgeving, alles was voorzien om ons een heel leuke en vooral een heel rustige vakantie te laten genieten, voor ons hondje was het ook een heel leuke ervaring ! Kortom, we komen hier zeker nog terug ! Ook dank aan het warme onthaal die Lut en Herman ons hebben gegeven ! Tot de volgende keer !
