This villa consists of two buildings of which you will be the only occupants. The second building is about 30 meters away from the main one and is accessible underground. There you can find the play areas as well as two bedrooms, the wellness area and the meeting rooms (accessible upon request).

Take a swim in the pool in the evening.

Followed by a session in the sauna.

The town of Spa is a lively place at any time, so do not hesitate to take a walk in the evening. You will find some nice places, such as the Havana Café with its delicious Latin atmosphere.

Head to Spa, the famous spa town, and stay in this typical house, which can accommodate up to 20 people. This 5-star accommodation offers an exceptional level of comfort and an idyllic setting in the heart of the Ardennes.

You will discover with pleasure that high-end amenities await you in your holiday home. The whole family will find something to relax and have fun. There are two games rooms on the lower level, which feature fitness equipment, table football, billiards and a games console. Also, note that a meeting room with LCD projector and a flipchart make this villa a perfect place for a business meeting. On the ground floor, you will find an indoor pool and a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. In terms of comfort, everything has been thought out, down to the smallest details. For example, each of the ten bedrooms features its own private bathroom. The living areas are absolutely beautiful as well, from the living room with its beautiful chandelier and stone fireplace to the pleasant dining room and its warm atmosphere. You can also count on a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. In summer, organize a family barbecue on the terrace. It will be a great way to enjoy the setting and the splendid private garden, which includes a swing, a petanque terrain and mini-golf.

Spa is famous for its thermal baths with many guests visiting each year and it is also a city rich in history. In fact, you can find the Museum of the City of Water, which combines local heritage and the history of hydrotherapy. A must-see if you visit the city! Spa , it's all about water in this lovely little town. With its thermae, Spa attracts many on the search of the perfect wellness treatment. Others visit the city for the casino or the Francofolies, welcoming thousands of visitors every year. And then we haven't even talked about the most beautiful race track in the world, the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. Malmedy is only 20 minutes away and you can get to Durbuy in less than an hour. Both cities are mandatory stops in the region of the Belgian Ardennes.
