This luxury villa is located in a quiet hamlet five kilometres away from Stavelot, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It features five bedrooms and six bathrooms, five of them are en suite. The villa has three levels, with a total area of 700 m². It can thus accommodate 10 to 14 people. On the lower level, you will find the wellness area, on the ground floor are the living areas, and on the first floor, the bedrooms. The large windows and mezzanines add to the bright and spacious atmosphere. Its interior comfort is simply exceptional and is worth the 4.5-star rating. Each room is nicely decorated with modern and vintage objects. The wellness area includes a jacuzzi, an infrared cabin, as well as fitness and bodybuilding equipment. There are also two games rooms, so your children will never get bored. The 2800 m² garden is fenced with hedges and barriers; and features a swing, a slide, a trampoline and a petanque terrain. You will also find an independent lounge, in the heart of the garden, for intimate and relaxing moments.

Eine wunderbare Ferienvilla: sehr großzügig, sauber und top ausgestattet! Der Garten ist toll angelegt und der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Familien mit Kindern bietet das Haus mit Spielzimmern, Trampolin, Tischtennis, Billard etc. viele Möglichkeiten und wir haben die verschiedenen Aufenthaltsbereiche geschätzt (mehrere Sitzecken im Haus, ein gemütlicher Gartenpavillon). Sehr schön war auch jeden Abend das Feuer im großen Kamin…
zeer ruim vakantiehuis, met tal van ontspanningsmogelijkheden ( pingpongtafel, biljart, tafelvoetbal, sauna, jacuzzi, trampoline, gezelschapsspelen, prachtig buitenterras met heel mooi uitzicht en supervriendelijke ontvangst. Volledig ingerichte keuken en zeer gezellige open haard.
Alles was voorzien , konden niets bedenken of het was aanwezig.

Heerlijk verblijf in en zeer ruime schone prachtige villa voorzien van alle gemakken en luxe. Hele mooie grote tuin met diverse spelmogelijkheden voor kinderen, mooi groot terras en prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijke spa met o.a. infrarood sauna en grote jacuzzi. Vele activiteitmogelijkheden zoals tafeltennis, basketbal, biljart en Jeu de Boules baan. En zeker niet te vergeten de zeer hartelijke warme ontvangst. Het was fantatstisch en zijn nu al aan het bespreken wanneer we weer gaan.
Fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan! het was ons een waar genoegen om hier een lang weekend te vertoeven!

Het huis is heel mooi. Uitzicht is fantastisch vanuit het huis. Geeft heerlijke rust. Bij aankomst werden we goed ontvangen. Alles werd uitgelegd. Er was gezorgd voor water, extra koffie en rode wijn. Alles is zeer schoon. In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Zelfs ook een gourmet stel.
Een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze villa. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles werkt ook wat zeer fijn is. Ook de gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en denkt overal in mee. Vijf sterren is dik verdiend!
