Spa [8km]

Spa , it's all about water in this lovely little town. With its thermae, Spa attracts many on the search of the perfect wellness treatment. Others visit the city for the casino or the Francofolies, welcoming thousands of visitors every year. And then we haven't even talked about the most beautiful race track in the world, the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. Malmedy is only 20 minutes away and you can get to Durbuy in less than an hour. Both cities are mandatory stops in the region of the Belgian Ardennes.

Remouchamps [9km]

Remouchamps is part of the municipality of Aywaille in the beautiful valley of the river Amblève. One of the most important attractions in the region is Le Monde Sauvage, the amazing safari park. Remouchamps, with its famous caves, is only a 20 minutes' drive from Spa , one of the most charming cities in the Belgian Ardennes , and the lively city of Liège is easily accessible through the nearby highway.

Stoumont [9km]

Stoumont is a very special place in the province of Liège. Difference in altitude within the municipality is around 400 metres and it has many water sources. This is the perfect place to really get to know the Belgian Ardennes : Durbuy is only 45 minutes away, and a half an hour drive brings you to Malmedy .

Een geweldig prachtig onderhouden huis. Van alle luxe voorzien, we miste in de keuken de oven. De woonkamer heeft een heerlijke bank. We hebben hier echt heel erg genoten. Tegenvaller is de afrekening van de borg, stroom ect kost we heel erg veel. Dat is jammer. Ik snap dat het zwembad en jacuzzi stroom kosten maar voor 3 dagen veel geld. Maar ik zou het desondanks zeker aanraden

we hebben een mooi WE gehad maar toch enkele opmerkingen : 1/Op de dag dat we vertrokken is er een zware plank losgekomen vh plafond en naar beneden gevallen. Indien het een dag eerder was gebeurd dan had een kindje van 1 jaar ernstig gekwetst kunnen zijn want het was precies dààr waar het speelgoed stond. 2/ De eerste keer dat we gingen...

Dank om uw ervaring te delen. De verhuurder weet niet hoe het kon dat deze plank losgekomen is. Het werd nu verholpen en alle planken zijn verstevigd met extra fixaties om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Theux. Prachtig huis. Heerlijk met het mooie zwembad en de jacuzzi. Erg van genoten. We hebben iets minder genoten van de eindafrekening. Totaal niet in proportie met het verblijf. Na contact bleken verkeerde tarieven berekend. Dat is opgelost. Maar nog steeds veel te veel extra kosten naast de toch al niet geringe huurprijs.

Hausbesitzer sehr unfreundlich. SPA Bereich bei Anreise verschmutzt. Nach der Abreise wird einem unterstellt, man hätte Dinge entwendet. Vorsicht vor diesem Objekt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Un très chouette havre où s'installer pour une escaoade revigorante! Maison joliment rénovée et décorée avec goût. Quelques verres à vin supplémentaires, une planche à découper plus grande, un panier à pain et un plateau seraient bien utiles. Seul petit bémol à cette agréable maison, son acoustique mais les vieux planchers participent à son charme...

Nette woning, wellness zeer aangenaam, mooi afgewerkt huis, gehorig door het vele hout maar blijft charmant, afrekening energiekosten voor een week bleven redelijk, omgeving zeer mooi om te wandelen, winkels en restaurants in Spa op enkele kilometers

Nous avons passé des vacances fabuleuses. L'accueil a été parfait. La villa est magnifique rien à dire, un décors impressionnant : un mélange d'acoustique, modernité et haute antique pure nature.
