Maison très agréable et bien agencée, literie parfaite j’ai super bien dormi se qui est rarement le cas dans les locations de vacances ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles. Le jardin est grand et vraiment agréable. Je relouerais sans hésitation et avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Magnifique maison au cœur d'une magnifique région! La maison, bien que pouvant accueillir 12 personnes, est très cosy. Nous avons été plus que ravis!
Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu dans ce gîte. Nous nous sommes principalement baladé dans le coin, et avons adoré la nature environnante.
Excellent séjour au gîte les 3 Arcades! Comme on aime, l'accueil, la communication, un hôte très disponible et réactif. Le gîte bien équipé avec tout le confort, la terrasse magnifique et son bbq, une belle propriété avec un très grand jardin sécurisé, piste de pétanque, balançoire et toboggan pour les enfants, fauteuils et transats de jardin. La situation magnifique, au cœur des Ardennes et de la baraque Michel, ou nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées en famille. Merci pour tout!

familieweekend met 11 personen waaronder 6 kinderen de tuin was een paradijs voor de kleinsten terwijl het terras en de bbq aangenaam was voor de volwassenen (deels te wijten aan het prachtige weer) voor herhaling vatbaar
Voor de tweede maal geboekt en alweer zeer tevreden. Keuken werd uitgerust met nieuwe kookvuren en afwasmachine. Ruim , riant huis met een prachtige ,afgesloten tuin. Zeker met kinderen een pluspunt. Prima uitvalbasis voor mooie wandelingen richting meren Robertville en Butchenbach. Maar ook wandelingen Hoge Venen, Malmedy en Waimes niet veraf. Tip aan eigenaar : --> liever 2 kleine pannen met dikke bodem, dan grote pannen met dunne bodem --> lampen van 2 staande lampen vervangen

Een woning voor 12 personen, en met voldoende ruimte om je eens af te zonderen. Pingpong tafel, tafelvoetbal en tuin waren een welgekomen meerwaarde. Een top adres. Het blijft ook een mooie streek om te wandelen.
Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, proper. Ondanks de regen hebben de kinderen zich niet verveeld. Minpunt: De elektriciteit is verouderd.

Het is een heel leuk huis in een mooie omgeving. Het huis is zeer netjes. Het enige minpunt is een slechte isolatie van de kamers. Op de slaapkamers kan je alles van beneden horen. Dat is wel jammer voor diegene die vroeg willen gaan slapen. Wij hebben zeer zeker genoten van ons verblijf en we zouden niet aarzelen om het opnieuw te reserveren.
Prima huis voor vrienden en families, met voldoende ruimte, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. 2 nette badkamers. Aardige en behulpzame beheerster.

Zeer ruime propere woning. Grote tuin met petanquebaan, en schommel en glijbaan. Het grote ruime terras met grote tuintafel was zeer aangenaam om er te vertoeven. Zelfs midden november hebben we, mede wegens het uitzonderlijke mooie weer, nog echt kunnen genieten in T-shirt van dit mooi terras ! Een praktische woning !
