This large holiday home is warm and bright. Enjoy days outdoors in the garden and on the terrace. Savour your aperitif with a view over the countryside while the children have fun on all the outdoor play equipment. Enjoy the extremely convivial interior with a large, super-equipped (shared) games room for fun and the (private) infrared sauna to chill out. At night, you'll love the peaceful atmosphere of the five bedrooms and brightness of the three bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi).
You’ll stay in the small village of Ame, enjoy the company of the neighbouring farm’s animals (rabbit, chicken, ducks and geese) and have great fun. You’ll make the most of the joys of the countryside, being close to Malmedy, a pleasant little town.
This holiday home is sure to delight both children and grown-ups, with timeless moments away from it all!
This house is adjacent to another holiday home. You’ll share the games room (with table football, pool table, blackboard, etc.) and the outdoor playground (with giant mikado, sandpit, boules court, slide, etc.). This property also provides the two holiday homes with go-karts and a few bikesbikes.

Veiligheid, vermelden van doorgangsweg tussen huisje en speelplein of tuin. Voor kinderen minder toegankelijk om in alle vrijheid te spelen.
Een super vakantie beleefd! Vakantiehuis was tip top in orde! Veel comfort en zeer netjes. Super vriendelijke gastheer- en vrouw. Gewoon TOP!!
Uitstekend verzorgd vakantiehuis
Fantastisch huis op een erg mooie plek. De kinderen hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!
Super leuk ,mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral voor grote groep genoeg ruimte . Fijn ook dat er meerdere badkamers waren en toiletten ,traphekjes ,ook fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig was.
Super net vakantiehuis. Alles was voorhanden. Aangename eigenaars. Spijtig dat we op de laatste dag niet meer binnen mochten in de speelzaal, niettegenstaande het nog geen tien uur was !
Tout était parfait. L'accueil, le gîte, l'endroit,...Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
Een super leuk huis, waar we met onze volwassen kinderen en kleinkind ons goed vermaakt hebben in en rondom het huis en in de omgeving.
Prachtig gelegen wanneer je volledige rust en stilte wilt opzoeken. Ontvangst was enorm vriendelijk
Very nice house and surroundings if you plan to stay completely remote. The host is friendly and the weekend celebration with friends was memorable.
Het vakantiehuis is heel proper en van alles voorzien. Niets was er te kort. Ideaal om met ons grote gezin te verblijven: slaapkamers met eigen badkamer, ruime speelzaal, goed ingerichte keuken. We werden ontvangen door de leuke en vriendelijke gastvrouw die tijdens ons verblijf ook steeds bereikbaar was. Kortom, een aanrader voor een grote groep!
Heel aangenaam verblijf gehad. Zeer gastvrij en duidelijk welkom gevoel. Ik heb geen opmerkingen aan het huis.
Wat een fan-tas-tisch huis! Lijkt allemaal net nieuw, ruim en mooie keuken met alles erop eraan en heerlijke bedden. Campingbedjes stonden klaar mét matrasjes en overtrek. Bij alle ramen kunnen rolluiken naar beneden. En voor de deur een enorm terras met uitzicht op de speeltuin en dus makkelijk om de kids in de gaten te houden. Kon ook nog de auto laden bij de openbare laadplek voor de deur (met mijn Shell recharge kaart). Komen zeker terug!
Volledig uitgerust vakantiehuis. Ideaal voor families met kinderen. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en te fietsen. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Vriendelijke, klantgerichte eigenaars voor wie niets teveel is om het de vakantiegangers naar hun zin te maken.
