Located downhill from a low traffic road and hidden from view, this little cosy cottage is the perfect place to spend a stay in the Ardennes.
"Small but comfortable" is what defines this charming holiday cottage in the province of Liège.
This is indeed a small cosy home for two people, but there is also the possibility to sleep in the room in the mezzanine, so the house can accommodate up to four people.
As soon as you enter the cottage, you will find the living area, which includes a sitting area, the dining room and the kitchen, just behind the corner. The wood-burning stove located in the living room will be your best ally in cold weather. Above the living room, there is an open mezzanine bedroom that is accessible by a ladder, which will give you the impression of being in a tree house. The second bedroom is on the ground floor.
The equipped kitchen leads to the bathroom, which includes a shower, a sink and a toilet.
Outside, you have a part of the private garden and a terrace at your disposal. The large garden, shared with the owner, is also accessible and features the necessary amenities for your children to play. You are kindly asked not to leave your children alone in the garden, nor your dog.
By staying just a few steps away from the centre of Remouchamps, you will have the advantage of having everything within walking distance. The RAVeL passes near the back of the shared garden and that allows you to easily reach Aywaille, which is only 2.5 km away.
The city of Spa is not far either, and Liège is just 25 km away.

Zeer goed gelegen gîte, vlakbij Luik, aan de voet van de Ardennen. Ideaal voor een koppel of voor een gezin met kleine kinderen. Grote tuin, gezellig huisje met haard. Erg genoten! Dankjulliewel!

Op een bierglas na is echt alles aanwezig om een leuke vakantie te beleven! Klein maar fijn, niet in het bos maar wel in het groen. Rustig gelegen en toch vlakbij winkels. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Een aanrader!

Gezellig vakantiehuisje, net en goed ingericht. Het huis is klein maar voldoet voor2 personen. De ligging van de accommodatie is mooi en op loopafstand van de grotten van Remouchamps. Gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk.

Alles is uitstekend geregeld, huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook de ontvangst was super (in Engels?). Een kleine opmerking aangaande de waterkoker die wij slechts 1x gebruikt hebben. Het gekookte water smaakte naar plastic omdat de beschermings plaat deels weg is. Voor onze thee en koffie maakten we gebruik van een steelpan om warm water te verkrijgen. Opmerking is niet negatief bedoeld, maar wellicht een tip om een nieuwe waterkoker aan te schaffen?. Voor de rest is alles super???

Kleine woning met weinig luxe . Terras , terrasomgeving en tuin kunnen wel wat meer onderhoud verdragen . Ligging aan grote baan en de bouwwerken naast de deur zorgden niet echt voor een ontspannend vakantiegevoel . Positief zijn de winkels en supermarkten op wandelafstand .

Het huisje was langs de binnenkant wel oke. Enkel een veel te kleine keuken voor een verblijf van een week en voor een gezin met kinderen . Honden zijn welkom maar er is geen omheinde tuin, dus hond heeft 8dg aangelijnd gelegen. De buitenkant kan wel een schoonmaak beurt krijgen. Wel een goede uitvalbasis voor de mooiste wandelingen!

Très belle petite maison attenante à celle des propriétaires. Commerce pas très loin ainsi que balades à pied sur place point propriétaire très sympathique serviable. Logement prévu pour 4 mais pour deux adultes et deux petits-enfants maximum.

Wij vonden het heel oké . Alleen was het bed wat smal 1.40m . Het is ook gelegen aan een redelijk drukke baan . Tegenslag naast ons huisje waren ze een groot gebouw aan 't restaureren . Maar we zijn toch tevreden over ons verblijf . Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw .

Een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad met een heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Mooi gelegen en een gezellig, proper onderhouden klein charmant huisje (alles is aanwezig in de keuken wat je nodig hebt om te koken) en vanuit huisje kan je te voet vertrekken voor mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Was onze 2°keer in dit huisje en hebben er opnieuw genoten met onze hond en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug. De Ninglinspo is er met auto niet ver af en daar kan je ook supermooie wandelingen doen.
