In 2006 this former mill was converted into a full-comfort holiday rental for 10 persons in Bertrix, province of Luxembourg. A unique atmosphere hovers in the air: you will find wooden mechanisms in the heart of the house and you will be able to watch the mill wheel spin right under your feet from the couch! The comfortable sitting room (with wood stove, television and Wi-Fi) opens up on a bright dining room. And behind the bar hides a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment (oven, fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.) The 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms are spread over two levels.
Every corner of the house was thought up to guarantee maximum comfort and enjoyment: a wellness area with an infrared cabin, a playroom with billiard, table football and game console, a garden with swings, toboggan and petanque field… Everybody will find something to their liking.
Your beautiful terrace looks over the playground and the private pond where it is allowed to fish. If you need to stretch your legs, do not hesitate to go for a walk in the surrounding countryside. Do not wait any longer to book this unique holiday cottage.

Een heel karakteristiek Ardens vakantiehuis in een omgebouwde watermolen. Door de gezellige tuin, het ruime terras met schitterende vergezicht, vooral aangenaam in de zomer - binnen is het wel gezellig maar nogal donker Door de 4 kamers met elk een eigen badkamer bijzonder geschikt voor een groter gezelschap mét behoud van wat privacy. Een aanrader !

Charmant en uniek huis, deze oude molen. Veel authentieke elementen nog aanwezig. Alles zeer netjes en alle comfort aanwezig in de woning. Beetje jammer dat het weinig geregend had, waardoor we geen gebruik konden maken van de zwemvijver, daar was de waterstand veel te laag voor.

Zeer gezellige authentiek verblijf . De hoge trap in een van de slaapkamers is gevaarlijk en niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen.

Wij vonden het een geweldig huis! Heel mooi in een watermolen en veel ruimte! Elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer was ook fijn. Buiten is veel ruimte met een zwemvijvertje en een groot terras met bbq. Heel relaxed. Jammer dat er geen Noors bad was en geen Arcadekast. Maar verder was het super!

Het enige wat fijn was geweest is als er een aantal dingen wel waren geweest zoals handdoeken, theedoeken, keukenpapier, wasmiddel etc. Stond gelukkig wel netjes aangegeven in de omschrijving maar dat zou schelen in wat je allemaal meenemen verder een fantastisch huisje

Een zeer mooie locatie , zeer rustig . Heel speciaal interieur die de charme van een oude molen heeft bewaard , je ziet het rad nog draaien in het salon . Ideaal met 10 pers. '4 slaapkamers die elk een douche hebben . Verschillende toiletten in de gang . Op +/- 5km ( Palisseul ) vind je verschillende bakkerijen en andere voedingswinkels . Een ideale locatie om eens enkele dagen tot rust te komen.
