Consisting of two parts, this holiday cottage is ideal for a group stay of 18 people. You will find two living areas and each includes a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen; which is perfect to share pleasant moments around an aperitif or a good meal. The owners have preserved the authentic character of the place, so the stone walls and other decorative elements add a rustic touch to offer an irresistibly friendly atmosphere. The rooms offer spaces where it is nice to spend time in. This is particularly the case of the nine bedrooms, which are all pleasant and nicely arranged, so everyone can enjoy their privacy while being comfortable. Note that you will have at your disposal two children's chairs and two cots (upon request). The terrace and the barbecue will give you an opportunity to gather everyone around tasty meals, while your children enjoy the large playground featured in the private garden.
Bertrix, also known as "The City of Slate", is a top destination for those looking for a holiday close to nature. Here you will find beautiful sites, as well as a wide range of activities. At Cap Nature, you can choose from going mountain biking or doing a Via Ferrata, but also a nice treasure hunt to solve with the family. Beautiful walks will undoubtedly be on the program, and to add a different touch, make a detour to Baudet d'âne to experience the trails of the area with a particularly engaging companion. Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf met verschillende koppels. Iedereen had zijn eigen slaapkamer. Winkel, eetgelegenheden, natuur allemaal zeer dicht bij het huisje. Ook de sauna was top! Aanraden.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf afgelopen weekend met 8 volwassenen, 10 kinderen en een hond. De ruimte waren proper en warm. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de buurt.

Super verblijf! Hele aardige eigenaresse van het huisje! Ze spreekt geen Nederlands maar ze kan heel goed Engels! Spreek ook vooral Engels met haar, want ze wil de taal beter leren. :)

Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel. L'accueil y a été très chaleureux et sympathique. La décoration et l'équipement sont de qualité. Pour garantir une capacité suffisante (nous étions 17), nous avons réservé les 2 gites jumeaux et il était facile de passer de l'un à l'autre. Il a même été facilement possible de manger tous ensemble en allongeant la table d'un des gîtes avec celle de l'autre et en combinant la vaisselle. Dommage qu'une chambre par gîte manque d'intimité (ni cloison ni porte)

Nous avons loué les 2 maisons (disposant d'un accès intérieur pour passer d'une maison à l'autre) à l'occasion d'un week-end en amis. Elles sont d'une excellente propreté. Les décorations sont superbes et actuelles. Elles disposent de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Le jardin au bord d'une petite rivière est magnifique et spacieux. L'environnement est calme. Nous avons été très bien reçus par la sympathique propriétaire des lieux. Nous recommandons cette location.

Magnifique gîte avec un superbe et spacieux jardin. Le sauna n'est pas encore disponible. Corinne nous a très chaleureusement accueillis et est restée disponible durant tout notre séjour. Vraiment au top. Quelques petites imperfections mais qui ne perturbent pas du tout le séjour: portes de chambre qui ne ferment pas (bien), robinet qui fuit, TVs qui ne fonctionnent pas en même temps, jeux de société manquant. Nous étions avec 7 adultes et 5 (jeunes) enfants. A recommander les yeux fermés!

Verhuurder is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs-kwaliteit is oké. Minder geschikt voor kleinere kindjes (geluidsoverlast 's avonds). Zeer kleine badkamers. Keukenuitrusting is voldoende met zeer ruime koelkast en diepvries.

Verzorgde en ruime woning voor 4 gezinnen (waren met 8 volwassenen en 8 kinderen). Grote tuin met een klein beekje (la Vierre) grenzend aan het perceel. Goed gelegen om Bouillon en Rochehaut te bezoeken. En voor prachtige wandeling in het Aboretum van Bertrix zelf. Een aanrader

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Woning sfeervol en knus ingericht. Her en der wel wat gebruikerssporen, maar niet storend voor het verblijf. Keukeninrichting voldoende en prima in orde. Slaapkamers gezellig ingericht, sommige bedden wellicht wel toe aan vervanging. Ruime tuin met volop mogelijkheden. Ruim voldoende gedroogd hout voor de open haard. Dat geeft natuurlijk wel de extra sfeer in de huisjes. Eigenaren top in orde, was goed afspraken mee te maken en erg vriendelijke beide.

Le gîte est annoncé pour 18 personnes avec 2 maisons séparées qui sont réunies attention, impossible de manger à 18 ensemble à l'intérieur . Heureusement le beau temps nous a permis de manger dehors tous ensemble et passer du temps au jardin qui est très grand. L'annonce dit qu'il y a 9 chambres mais attention, il n'y a que7 chambres fermées les 2 autres sont en mezzanine en communication directe avec le rez de chaussée. Pas évident avec des jeunes enfants qui doivent dormir avant les adultes.

Keurig huis met een schitterende, erg ruime tuin. Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gehad. Contact met de verhuurder was ook goed. De broodrooster ging/was kapot. Dit hebben wij gemeld en binnen half uur hadden we een vervangende broodrooster!

Heel goed gelegen huis om de ruime buurt van Bertrix te verkennen (fietsen, wandelen, etc). Heel functioneel ingericht voor grote groepen want beide huizen kunnen gemakkelijk met elkaar verbonden worden. Heel gemakkelijke en vriendelijke communicatie met de eigenares.

Een heerlijk huis. Perfect voor familieverblijf: afzonderlijke slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden, heel netjes, enorme tuin. In de keuken ontbreekt niets. Zelfs een stenen barbecue in de tuin. Vlakbij ook alle winkels en toch rustig gelegen. Dichtbij bossen, prachtige wandelingen, Bouillon... Een warm onthaal met tips voor winkels, uitstapjes... een aanrader.
