Located in the heart of a typical village in the Ardennes, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2010 to be converted into a high quality group accommodation.
This 4 star farmhouse is divided into two independent but adjoining parts. This arrangement is ideal for large groups whose members wish to have some time on their own. In total, you will find eleven bedrooms and six bathrooms in this holiday accommodation. The combined cottages allow more flexibility for families to have a comfortable stay while each have their own space. For relaxation, there is a sauna available; and in winter the atmosphere becomes even more pleasant thanks to the wood stove. In summer, you will enjoy a great time with your family or friends in the garden with its terrace with barbecue. Your dog is also welcome and there is Internet connection at this holiday cottage.
This renovated farmhouse, in the province of Luxembourg, is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, between the Lesse and the Semois rivers. This place is ideal for people who love to go on walks or bike rides. There are many marked trails and it is nice to explore this beautiful region which has kept its authentic character. Not far from the holiday cottage, you will discover some pleasant villages, such as Jehonville, Paliseul and Nollevaux. The Archeoscope Godefroid of Bouillon, the Bouillon Animal Park, and the Euro Space Center; are just some of the attractions that you will find in the area.

Huis is comfortabel en zeer rustig gelegen, veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen direct vanaf de voordeur. Voor een grote groep (20p) is het wel even organiseren om met z'n allen samen te kunnen eten.

Het huis is mooi ingericht. De keukens zijn goed uitgerust. Omdat het 3 huizen naast elkaar zijn is er voldoende ruimte overdag. Indien je met een grote groep samen aan EEN tafel wil eten word het vrij krap en is het druk in de keuken in dezelfde ruimte. Mooie wandelingen die vertrekken vanaf het huis.

We hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad, in ( naam huis) . In totaal 20 man. 13 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. Het huis is zeer geschikt voor zoveel mensen. De indeling, 3 aparte opgangen met ieder een eigen etage met voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers beviel erg goed. Echter de twee aparte keukens, leken in beginsel erg praktisch, maar we vonden het toch gezelliger om met elkaar , in één keuken te ontbijten en te eten. Van de grote tuin en het terras hebben we, mede dankzij het prachtige weer

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle disponible, la maison est très propre et les extérieurs sont super. Le seul bémol est que nous avions réserver les 2 gîtes donc pour 22 personnes, malheureusement il y a 2 grandes tables dans les deux cuisines mais qu’on ne sait pas bouger, il est donc compliqué de manger tous ensemble autour d’une table. À part ça la maison est top et les espaces très agréables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Groot, leuk huis. Enig minpuntje, maar dit is slechts uit gewoonte: geen verduisterende gordijnen. De dunne gordijntjes laten alle zonlicht door s morgens. Voor de rest mooi en netjes onderhouden. Vriendelijke eigenares!

We hebben erg genoten van een weekendje met de ganse familie (18p) in dit verblijf! Alles was voorhanden. Het huis is erg gezellig ingericht. Eigenlijk zijn het 3 woningen die in verbinding staan waardoor het nooit te druk wordt in 1 ruimte. Rustig gelegen. Mooie wandelingen in de omgeving!

Het huis had verschillende leefruimtes, wat ideaal was voor onze groep, aangezien iedereen zijn eigen plekje had om te ontspannen. Bovendien was er een fantastische BBQ-faciliteit buiten. De combinatie van de omgeving en de comfortabele voorzieningen maakte het een onvergetelijke vakantie.

Het verblijf was netjes en groot. Er zijn wat kleine zaken zoals bijvoorbeeld de krappe ruimte bij de pooltafel, maar desondanks hebben wij er goed gebruik van gemaakt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het is allemaal wat gedateerd qua stijl, maar dat vonden wij niet belangrijk en past ook bij het type dorpje waar deze woning in gevonden kan worden.

Wij waren op familieweekend met 22 personen en hebben een prachtige tijd gehad. Een groot terras met een fantastisch uitzicht, zeer net, uitgeruste keuken en goede bedden. Extra pluspunten zijn de Poolbiljart en dat alles klaar ligt om de kachel aan te steken (kr1nt, klein en groot hout).
