This group accommodation is an ideal rental hoiday house for a group wishing to have a great holiday in the Belgian Ardennes whilst enjoying exceptional interior comfort and decoration suited to conviviality and wonderment.
Your 4-star holiday house was built using rich wooden materials and boasts a convivial and welcoming atmosphere to all the rooms of this new building in the Belgian Ardennes. Divided into two parts that can accommodate six and nine people respectively, this group accommodation also has a partially enclosed private garden where you will find verious children games (swing, slide, sandbox, climbing tower, table tennis table) as well as a terrace and six private parking slots. A WiFi internet connection is also at your disposal.
The first new building of your rental holiday comprises a convivial dining room where you can savour the delicious meals you will have cooked in the modern full kitchen. The cosy living room has everything you might need (woodburner stove, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi) to spend some pleasant and relaxing evenings. The first floor of this group accommodation includes three bedrooms (including a mezzanine bedroom) as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The basement has been arranged as a laundry room.
The second part of your holiday house comprises a basement (leisure room with Jacuzzi, infrared cabin, showers; playroom with TV, DVD, living room corner with bar and table football table; laundry room with washing machine and dryer), many living areas on the ground floor (entry hall; living room with woodburner stove, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi; dining room; full kitchen) and a top floor (five bedrroms including one mezzanine bedroom; two bathrooms).

Een heel fijn en groot vakantiehuis. Alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam ontspannen verblijf. Je kan met een grote groep gaan maar toch is het groot genoeg om een plaatsje op te zoeken om tot rust te komen. De kelderverdieping met sauna/ jacuzzi en speelkamer is een absoluut pluspunt! De keukens zijn beide zeer volledig. Je komt niets te kort!

We hebben met de hele familie genoten van een heerlijk verblijf in het vakantiehuis. De accommodatie was ruim, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De slaapkamers waren comfortabel en ideaal voor een ontspannen nachtrust, al zouden verduisterende gordijnen een fijne aanvulling zijn. De rustige omgeving en gezellige inrichting maakten het tot een perfecte plek om samen quality time door te brengen. Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een familievriendelijke uitvalsbasis!

Het is een prachtig huis met een fantastisch uitzicht en een prachtige tuin. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het huis, zeker de moeite waard. Voor sommige van onze huisgenoten waren de 2 persoons bedden wat aan de kleine kant.

Heel aangenaam huis. Waren met een groep van 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen van verschillende leedtijden. Voor elk van hen zijn er leuke dingen aanwezig in het huis. Verder alles ruimschoots aanwezig. Ook de tuin, de jacuzzi en de sauna zijn een meerwaarde. Een echte aanrader.

Séjour parfait dans un magnifique et spacieux gite. Très bonne localisation pour faire des balades, visites et à proximité de grands magasins (10 minutes en voiture) Jacuzzi, sauna avec grande douche sont un +, une pièce dédiée aux jeux et salon de détente + bar !!! Un endroit idéal entre amis, famille, team building entre collègues. A conseiller sans hésitation.

Super mooie rustige plaats met een geel grote woning..alles was heel proper en netjes voor we aankwamen met 14p. Lokaale bakkerij is zeker aan te raden . We heben 2 dagen vol op kunnen genieten van de woning zeker een aanrader voor grote groepen.

Dit huis was perfect! We hebben heel erg genoten van dit huis. Jacuzzi was een 10! Ondanks het slechte weer die we hebben gehad en niet van de buitenactiviteiten gebruik konden maken, hebben we ons erg geamuseerd. Is voor herhaling vatbaar?

Très bel endroit et spéciaux et propre .Très bel accueil.Juste très dommage le non tri des déchets, à améliorer ce point la.Reparer la rampe allant vers le jacuzzi et une porte menant à l'escalier serait plus sécurisant.Et un moyen d'évacuation de l'eau sur le sol autour du jacuzzi. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir avec l'espoir d'avoir du meilleur temps.
