Oké, enkele minder gebruikte ruimtes waren wat minder goed schoongemaakt, maar de leefruimtes, slaapkamers, toiletten waren onberispelijk. Elke kamer heeft overigens een eigen kleur en karakter, wat het hotelgevoel nog versterkt. De eigenaar was bij onze aankomst niet aanwezig maar stuurde wel een leuke informatieve video. Prachtig uitzicht over de Semois. Spectaculaire tuin ook, met als enige nadeel dat je niet geneigd bent met een grote groep in de tuin te gaan eten (behalve voor de barbecue).

Helaas voldeed het huis niet aan onze verwachtingen. De staat van de woning bleek niet overeen te komen, qua onderhoud, met de foto’s. Verder was de keuken erg smerig bij aankomst en hadden een aantal slaapkamers schimmel in de kasten of muren. Jammer, want de ligging is prachtig, tuin en streek mooi en huis heeft voldoende ruimte voor grote groep. Feedback als tijdens verblijf aan eigenaar doorgeven, we kregen echter helaas geen reactie.

De eigenaar liet ons weten dat de beschadigde barbecue onmiddellijk werd vervangen door een nieuwe.

Grote woning op een leuke locatie omgeven door bossen en leuke wandelpaden. Vernieuwde keuken, ruim voor een grote groep. De badkamers waren niet proper en zouden vernieuwing kunnen gebruiken. De trap naar de tuin is zeer gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen en ouderen.

Het huis staat op een prachtige locatie .De inrichting in de keuken is ruim en voldoende. De slaapkamers en vooral de bedden zijn zeer goed! Maar spijtig genoeg is het onderhoud van het huis momenteel niet in orde. Niet tegenstaande deze tekorten hebben wij met ons gezin van 26 personen er een prachtige vakantie doorgebracht. En misschien gaan we wel terug

Mooie woning met alle voorzieningen binnen. Is misschien wel deels aan renovatie toe. We hadden gehuurd van vrijdagnamiddag tot en met maandagvoormiddag. De poetsploeg was echter maandagmorgen voor 8.00 h aanwezig om te poetsen wat eigenlijk tegen de regels is. Zij hadden een planning om te beginnen poetsen om 8.00 h. Dit zorgden toch wel wat voor frustratie bij onze groep. We werden letterlijk uit onze kamers gezet.

Das Ferienhaus ist in sehr guter lanschaftlicher Lage. Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber traumhaft und es gibt viele Wanderrouten, sowie Ausflugmöglichkeiten. Auch die Raumaufteilung, sowie die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten ist geeignet und angenehm. Lediglich sind zwei Schlafräume nicht vollständig ausgestattet, was die Sanitäranlagen angeht. Bei einem ist keine Tür vorhanden, beim anderen keine Saitäranlagen. Beim Aufzug fehlt ein aktuelles Prüfsiegel.

Zeer ruime woning. Genoeg kamers en badkamers. Zeer goede bedden en beddenlinnen. Prachtig zicht over de vallei (spijtig genoeg dat de ruiten niet echt proper zijn maar ja, het is niet gemakkelijk om ze te kuisen. Iedereen vond zijn plaats en waren allemaal zeer enthousiast. Uiterlijk ziet er afgeleefd bij maar binnenin is alles piccobello in orde.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis voor grote groepen, omwille van de drie ruime kamers (eetkamer, salon en zitkamer), waardoor de drukte verdeeld werd. Vooral de bar was geliefd bij de mannen! Het huis zelf heeft nog wel wat renovatie nodig (o.a. de ramen in het salon), de meubels zijn echter zeer mooi. Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen 36 eetkamerstoelen stonden in de eetkamer. We zijn stoelen gaan bijnemen in de zitkamer en met wat dichter bij elkaar te schuiven, gingen deze dan net rond de tafels.

The holiday home was great for our group, we are a group of family and friends [all adults], so each room with connecting bathroom was super. The location of the home was stunning, a great plus point for this house. Maintenance of the house, along with the facilities were also good, enough coffee machines, dishwashers, fridge and freezer space. The sound system and games area was also super, all in all a great experience. Due to the cleaning cost I would have expected the windows to be cleaner.

Superbe we passé dans le gîte. Les points positifs à retenir sont la localisation, les chambres avec salle de bain, la cuisine bien équipée, la salle avec bar et tv pour de chouettes animations, de chouettes espaces de détente. Dans les points à améliorer: la propreté des lieux (toiles d'araignées aux grandes baies vitrées et punaises un peu partout dans la maison) et quelques rafraîchissements au niveau des salles de bain seraient un plus. Globalement, notre note est très positive!

We hebben hier voor de 2de keer een heel leuk verblijf gehad! We waren met 24 volwassenen en 12 kinderen. De vakantiewoning heeft veel verschillende ruimtes waardoor de personen zonder kinderen zich ook wel eens kunnen afzonderen. Kamers met elk een eigen badkamer is top. Keuken heeft alle voorzieningen. Ruime woonkamer. Speelruimte voor de kinderen is aangenaam! Communicatie met de eigenaar verloopt heel vlot. Kortom: Mooie vakantiewoning en we komen hier graag nog eens terug!
