Welcome to this beautifully renovated manor with a tasteful interior, just 500 m from the centre of the bustling Ardennes town of Bouillon. A morning walk to the bakery, treating the kids to ice cream along the Semois, or going out for dinner? You can do all that on foot here, perfect for carefree enjoyment! The three cosy bedrooms each have a different style, so everyone can choose their own cocoon. And everyone can relax in their own way on the top floor: organise a billiards or darts tournament, settle down in a cosy chair with a good book, blow off some steam in the fitness room, or get carried away by a friendly board game.
You’ll be staying in the Semois Valley: the perfect base for a varied (family) holiday close by. Visit the charming village of Corbion, close to the French border and the Semois, and be sure to visit the Castle of Bouillon. The latter is a must both during the daytime and at night! This region also boasts some of the most beautiful panoramas of the Ardennes, such as Le Tombeau du Géant or the Le Rocher du Chat. The steep climb along the Semois is challenging but ideal to clear your mind. The breath-taking view over the valley is more than worth the extra effort, we promise!

Fantastische ligging mooi goed onderhouden woning. Lekkere tuin voor de hond. Goed ingerichte keuken en zeer ruime badkamer. Poolbiljart mogen wel nieuwe keuen komen of in ieder geval krijt voor de pomerans. Fitness apparaat is oké maar kwam voor mij nogal wiebelig over dus durfde er niet echt intensief mee te trainen. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf een dingetje gehad met het bed maar dit werd na melding direct de volgende dag verholpen. Maar zeker een aanrader deze woning. Loopband is goed.

Leuk en ruim vakantiehuis nabij het centrum van Bouillon. Goed onderhouden en proper. Alles aanwezig wat vermeld wordt. Gasbidon was leeg om te koken en de vriendelijke eigenaar was dezelfde dag nog bereid te komen om het nodige te voorzien. Heel leuk is de aanwezigheid van een pooltafel. Let wel, parkeerplaats is op de openbare weg voor de woning maar dus niet altijd gegarandeerd plaats.

Mooi ruim en charmant huis van alle gemakken voorzien, biljart en dartbord, op loopafstand van het centrum van Bouillon. Het huis ligt aan de doorgaande weg naar Bouillon wat wanneer 's middags buiten in de tuin zit toch wel enige geluidsdruk van het verkeer geeft. Tijdens ons verblijf was het Middeleeuws festival in Bouillon (aanrader), echter overal langs de doorgaande weg worden auto's geparkeerd waardoor de eigen auto bij terugkomst aan het huis niet geparkeerd kan worden.

Fijn ruim vakantiehuis. Sfeervol ingericht. Enige nadeel is de drukke weg maar dat wisten we van tevoren. We hadden een probleem met een bed maar dit werd goed opgelost. De barbecue was verouderd. De volgende dag werd er een nieuwe gebracht. Goede service dus en wij hebben genoten van dit heerlijke plekje.

Authentic, cosy and fully equipped house including washing machine and dryer, splendid garden and terrace. Popular excursion destinations and excellent hiking trails in the region, medieval castles and abbeys can be explored after a short drive. Communication with the owners was excellent. Gezellig proper vakantiehuis echter voor zes personen is de keuken en woonkamer te klein. Wij waren er met drie en hadden genoeg plaats. De zetel is aan vervanging toe. Pannen zijn niet meer bruikbaar( roest). Ander keukengerei is er genoeg. Pooltafel is een echte meerwaarde. Ideaal gelegen om stadje te voet te ontdekken.

Très chouette endroit. Un seul défaut, la proximité de la grand route qui pourrait être dangereuse avec de jeunes enfants. A savoir que les lits ne sont pas séparables.

Zeer goed gelegen huis nabij het centrum van Bouillon, met heel wat positieve eigenschappen, maar ook enkele tekortkomingen: staat van een gedeelte van het keukenmateriaal, beperkte eetruimte in de woonkamer, enkele mankementjes (rolgordijn in slaapkamer was stuk...)... Mits een paar kleine aanpassingen zeker de moeite waard.

Heerlijk ruime woning en tuin, mooi gerenoveerd. Mooi sanitair, fijn zowel boven als beneden. Mooie keuken. Woonkamer tikje aan donkere kant maar lampen voldoende. Fijne speelzolder met biljarttafel. Nadeel aan drukke weg maar groot voordeel dat het zo dicht bij het centrum ligt. Contact met eigenaar verliep prima via sms. Wat (kleinere maat) bekers en sapglazen erbij zou handig zijn. Borden en bestek ruim voldoende. Paar kleine dingetjes niet helemaal heel maar geen hinder daarvan.

Leuk huis op prima locatie. Contact met eigenaren over een aantal tekortkomingen was prima. Het glaswerk was weinig en had wat schade. Dit werd opgelost. Ventilatoren werkten niet goed .. Wij misten wat praktische zaken zoals haakjes om handdoeken en kleding aan op te hangen en wat meer prullenbakken om afval te kunnen scheiden. Verder fijne verwarming en wasruimte. Kids vonden relaxruimte op zolder erg fijn.
