This holiday home, located in the province of Luxembourg, was renovated in 2021 to offer large groups a 4-star stay. Whether your guests will be delighted by the professional cuisine (hello Burgundians!), the beautiful garden with swimming pool or a round of billiards, everyone will be charmed by their stay in this former hotel. Not to mention the dining room with wood-burning fireplace, so charming! Do you like the hustle and bustle but also need some privacy? Rest assured: thanks to the 18 bedrooms (mostly doubles) with private bathroom, everyone will have their own space.
You will be staying in the valley of the Semois: the ideal base for a varied (family) holiday. Visit the charming village of Corbion, close to the French border and the Semois. Be sure to visit the castle of Bouillon, spectacular by both by day and by night. In this region you will also discover some of the most beautiful panoramas of the Ardennes, like Le Tombeau du Géant or the Le Rocher du Chat. Ideal for changing your mindset and challenging yourself with a brisk climb along the Semois. The breathtaking view over the valley is more than worth the effort!

Nous avons apprécié ce grand gite, encore en voie d'amélioration( en ce qui concerne l 'aménagement des salles de bain), mais aussi la disponibilité et la réactivité de l'équipe d'Ardennes étapes et de la propriétaire des lieux pour résoudre le problème de chauffage . Un grand Merci . (Petites suggestions: Il faudrait afficher un mode d'emploi des thermostats électroniques et remplacer la machine à café Dolce Gusto)

Wij hebben extreem genoten. Het was zo warm dat we alleen maar bij het zwembad hebben gelegen en verder niets hebben gedaan. Heerlijk!! Wij vroegen ons wel af of het filter etc van het zwembad goed werkt want het zwembad leek met de dagen te verkleuren. Verder was alles heerlijk. De keuken was schitterend en het volledige buitengedeelte ook. De gerenoveerde kamers waren een 10, de oudere kamers ruim voldoende. Zeker een aanrader!

We waren met 35 personen ( 3 generaties) in het huis en iedereen heeft ervan genoten. Het was schoon en goed ingericht. Het heerlijke zwembad is echt een toegevoegde waarde. De keuken is prima geoutilleerd. De grote koelruimte (op 10 meter van de keuken) is perfect voor grote voorraden. Ook de koellades bij de bar waren prima. De geïsoleerde ligging op een paar kilometers van Bouillon was voor ons ideaal. Kort: prima huis waar alles functioneert.

In de zomer en bij mooi weer een toplocatie op basis van het groot verwarmd buitenzwembad. Bouillon is een mooie streek maar zeer klein en niet zoveel leuke activiteiten te vinden voor in de winter. De wandeling van de Reus is een absolute aanrader.

Plus: Fijn zwembad met afdichtscherm, mooie parasol(len) en ligbedden. Grote verzorgde achtertuin, en mooie natuur met bbq (renovatie hard nodig). Beddegoed zeer proper. Min: Zeer gebrekkig internet. Ethernet kabel aansluiten of router plaatsen, want tv buffert constant. Geen bezem en zwabber, alleen een een niet werkende stof/ water zuiger. Eigenaar reageert na dag 4 niet meer op klachten.

Daarnaast bevestigt ze dat al het nodige poetsmateriaal beschikbaar en in werkende staat is. De eigenares is in het algemeen beschikbaar in geval van vragen. We hadden en zeer aangenaam verblijf, maar toch enkele opmerkingen om het nog perfecter te maken. Het lampje van de koffiezet werkt niet en leidt tot keukenfrustraties. Er was 1 grote koffiethermos aanwezig, het zou praktischer zijn met 2. Op de tv konden we geen EK voetbal bekijken. Door de zwakke wifi konden we enkel met hotspot op een eigen scherm met beamer kijken. De geluidsisolatie in de kamers is niet goed.

Ideaal vakantiehuis voor onze groep van 34 personen (incl. kinderen). Mooi gelegen aan de rand v/h bos, enkele kilometers van Bouillon waar je alle winkels vindt. Ruime eetzaal, professionele keuken + extra keuken, mooie barbecue, goeie afwasmachine, zeer praktische koelruimte + extra frigo/diepvries, TV zaal, salon. Het zwembad met zonneterras is de max (we hadden geluk met het weer). Ruime slaapkamers elk met badkamer (bad of douche + toilet). Er is ook een parking. Een echte aanrader !

Très bon séjour dans une maison propre, spacieuse et avec des chambres avec salle de bain. Literie très bonne. Endroit calme, avec de belles ballades aux alentours. Vu la saison et le temps maussade, pas utilisé l'extérieur (barbecue et piscine)Petit bémol : il est renseigné 2 percolateurs mais en réalité 1 seul (trop peu pour 40 personnes, un samovar ne serait pas un luxe). Mais dans l'ensemble, à recommander.

Geweldig mooi en goed huis voor een grote familie, wij waren met 38 mensen, en hebben genoten van de ruimte de geweldige goeie keuken echt professioneel, echt een aanrader. de omgeving is prachtig, het huis ligt dan ook op een hele mooie plek. voor herhaling vatbaar en ik zal het het promoten in mijn familie en vrienden. Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad, hartelijk dank.
