A 3.5 stars cottage for nine people just as you like it: spacious, functional and comfortable. Offering very good value for money, this holiday rental features five bedrooms, one bathroom and a wellness area with infrared cabin and bubble bath.
From the entrance hall, you can admire the preserved materials from the old farmhouse, such as the wooden beams and stonewall. This majestic high-ceiling room is very luminous thanks to the velux windows on the roof and it is a nice place for a game of billiards. The wooden staircase leading up to the different rooms offers a real sense of space and light. In total, there are five bedrooms: four double bedrooms and one single bedroom; plus one bathroom.
In the wellness area, there is an additional shower, as well as an infrared cabin, a bubble bath, and two sun loungers to relax in. This is a real relaxation area that will please everyone.
On the first floor, you will find the living area that includes a brand new fully equipped kitchen, which opens on to the dining room and the living room. The large divan near the wood-burning stove offers warm and pleasant evenings with family or friends. The owners have even provided a small play area for your children, where they can remain under the supervision of adults.
On the top floor, there is a second lounge on the mezzanine. Teenagers will be able to spend time on their own playing board games or surfing on their tablets thanks to the free wireless Internet connection that is available throughout the house.
Outside, a large terrace on stilts is the perfect place to have pleasant outdoor meals while enjoying the views on the village’s church. The terrace is protected, but parents should remain vigilant. A barrier and a staircase give you access to the owners’ garden, which they make available to their guests.
Also, you will find some pretty colourful paintings by the daughter of the owner hanging on the walls here and there.
A small detail important for foodies: the owner is a craft baker and his bakery is right next to the cottage. So you may wake up with the sweet smell of freshly baked bread :-) What better way to start your mornings during your holiday in the Ardennes than this?

This house has the "Bienvenue Vélo" label. The house is adjoined with the owner's house, who is a craftsman baker. So you might wake up with the sweet smell of freshly baked bread :-) You will enjoy a daily breakfast included in your stay. You can also order your fresh bread every morning at your neighbour’s bakery. What a way to start your holiday in the Ardennes!
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.

Très bien, très propre, bon accueil. 1 salle de bain pour 7 = un peu limite mais OK, tapis du billard et queues du billard à améliorer sinon très bel endroit

Wij zijn zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en het huisje voldeed in alle opzichten aan onze verwachtingen. Enige kleine minpuntje was dat 1 van de trappen nogal lawaai maakte bij het belopen hiervan.

Mooi verzorgd , rustig gelegen vakantiewoning waarbij elke morgen het geleverde ontbijt een meerwaarde is.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, bien située et bien équipée. L'espace spa est un chouette bonus, ainsi que le petit déjeuner (viennoiseries et pain) livré le matin. Le village est calme et le point de départ de belles balades.

Propere huis met alles wat je nodig hebt om je vakantie door te brengen. De wellnessruimte en de biljarttafel zijn een enorme pluspunt en heel leuk om de tijd door te brengen. De eigenaar brengt elke ochtend vers brood en koffiekoeken mee. Vriendelijke mensen, duidelijke communicatie. Mooie wandelpaden op wandelafstand van het huis.

Très beau gite, très propre, accueil du propriétaire impeccable. Le plus de ce gîte est le petit dej servi par le propriétaire. Bien situé.
Zeer goed, verlichting in de keuken en salon zou iets beter kunnen zijn
Een ruim vakantiehuis met alle nodige comfort. Het ontbijt dat elke dag voor ons klaar stond was zeker een leuk extraatje! Denk er aan dat alles zich op de eerste en tweede verdieping bevindt. Voor minder mobiele gasten kan dit een drempel zijn. De biljard is wat verouderd, maar samen met de kickertafel vormde dat wel een leuk tijdverdrijf. Wat extra verlichting in de zithoek en aan de eettafel zou welkom zijn. Maar verder hadden we een heel fijn verblijf. Een aanrader.
Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis met alle nodige voorzieningen. Ideaal voor een weekendje weg met de familie. Brood en croissants/chocoladebroodjes 's morgens waren een leuk extra!

Pluspunt: Zeer schoon huis. Attente gastvrouw en heer. Heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend. Wij hebben echt genoten van dit verblijf en de ruimte (met 5 adolescenten/pubers) Wij zijn zeker van plan om terug te komen. Min punten: Het zal prettig alvorens intrede van de woning dat er benoemd wordt wat er beschadigd is, dit ivm de aansprakelijkheid hiervoor. Prullenbak was stuk, onderkant van de deur saunaruimte liet los en nachtkastjes. Onderhoud kitrand douche wel nodig, maar verder prima. Top huis!
Van vrijdag tot zondag, beste kortverblijf ooit! Wij waren weg met 4 volwassenen en 5 kinderen, zeer fijn en veel ruimte, en eigenlijk alles aanwezig. leuke alpaca's in de tuin. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar! Enorm fijne omgeving om te wandelen, kajakken, eten etc... mysterieus dorpje. Het ontbijt vd eigenaar, bruin brood, croissants, chocoladebroodjes waren heerlijk en vers! Nostalgie! alvast een heerlijk ontspannen en aangenaam weekend. Ons frans was slecht maar eigenaar deed zijn best voor nl
We waren met 2 gezinnen van 4 personen: 4 volwassen, 1 adolescent en 3 kinderen. Aangenaam verblijf, huis met veel ruimte, mooi terras, tof om iedere morgen een ontbijt te krijgen.
Les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils. Nos enfants ont adoré les alpagas et le kicker. Très agréable séjour en famille.

Het was aangenaam vertoeven in het vakantiehuis. De woning was heel proper en goed uitgerust. De wellness-ruimte was een meerwaarde. Er werd ook elke dag vers brood en koffiekoeken in het huisje bezorgd ??
