Located very close to Robertville, in the heart of the beautiful Ardennes countryside, this large and beautiful holiday house is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable family reunion.
The many large rooms featured in this cottage make it an ideal place for group holidays where everyone will feel at home. A high level of comfort is ensured with its five pleasant bedrooms, including two with bunk beds that are perfect for children. As well, the three large bathrooms are well-equipped and very modern. The large kitchen is another useful feature during a group stay as it offers a very complete equipment and is ideal for everyone to participate in preparing the evening feast. Once the meal is ready, you can enjoy it in the very inviting atmosphere of the beautiful dining room. Afterwards, your whole family can get together in the pleasant living room and your children can take off to their playroom, a real cosy cave equipped with table football, ping-pong table and darts. Finally, outside you will also find a large space to enjoy the surrounding countryside, while some play on the swing, the rest can seat near the barbecue.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit. De tuin is qua ligging het grootste minpunt.
Wij hadden een heel leuk weekend met de hele familie (8volw + 6 kinderen) Het huis is groot. Wel verouderd en de spinnenwebben in de keuken, eetzaal mogen eens verwijderd worden. Verder is de woning proper. Ideale uitvalsbasis om activiteiten rondom Butgenbach te ondernemen.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte. Celui ci est bien équipé, chambres et salles de bain propres et spacieuses ainsi qu'une agréable pièce de séjour.
Beetje verouderd in de zin van de keuken boven, heeft beste tijd gehad ,vooral ijskast en kastdeuren. Kleine tip zeker als je met 14 p bent ,grotere snelkoker/koffiemachine. Voor derrest was alles inorde .

Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Der Empfang war freundlich und umfassend, es gab sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, man kann super in einer größeren Gruppe zusammensitzen.

Enough space for us and great facilities for families with children of different ages. New benches and outdoor play facilities. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely stay.

Maison très spacieuse avec grand espace de vie permettant d être ensemble , petit coin jouets pour enfants bas âge.La cuisine au 2ème très bien équipée avec de nombreux ustensiles. Chambres et sdb très convenables et propres. Douches bien chaudes. Chauffage fonctionnait très bien. Beau jardin ,dommage qu on n’a pas de vue quand enfants jouent dehors, en été me semble compliqué manger dehors.Bel environnement de promenade.Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci Wilma d’avoir enlevé la neige.
Het huis is zeer ruim met een grote living, voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers. Het is wel even wennen met de living die zich op de zolder bevindt. De keuken is goed uitgerust met heel wat keukengerei, grote potten en pannen. Het is allemaal wel een beetje verouderd. Vriendelijke eigenares en we werden ter plaatse ook goed onthaald.
Fijne ruim huis met voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers en een gezellige gezamenlijke ruimte en keuken

Ruim huis geschikt voor ons met kinderen en kleinkinderen .Groot aanbod keukenmateriaal. Douches voorzien van echt regelbaar warm water. Misschien een minpunt geen enkele winkel in de onmiddelijke nabijheid.
