Wat een mooi verblijf. We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen. De eigenaresse sprak Nederlands, daar waren wij heel blij mee. We kregen een rondleiding door de woning, alles zag er netjes uit. We waren heel blij met de horren voor de ramen, wat zeker in de nacht zorgde voor verkoeling. Verder genoten van de grote tuin en het tuinspeelgoed voor de kinderen. Kwartier lopen vanaf de supermarkt en ook zitten er leuke restaurants in het centrum. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan.

Zeer goed onderhouden en mooi ruim huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We hebben erg genoten van de jacuzzi en de kinderen vermaakten zich ook op de speelzolder. Er was ook genoeg te beleven in de omgeving dus wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

We hebben genoten van alles wat het huis te bieden had. Zeker ook de wellness. Een aanrader wellicht is misschien eens nieuwe matrassen aanschaffen. Helaas zaten er ligkuilen in. Ook de omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en genoeg te zien/doen in de nabije omgeving.

We hebben een erg fijn weekend gehad met vrienden van rond de 40 jaar. Mooi gebied ook om te MTB’en of wielrennen. Het dorpje heeft alle gemakken voorzien om boodschappen te doen of een hapje te eten. We hebben ons kostelijk vermaakt.

Prima vakantiehuis voor een verblijf met een gezin! Leuke grote tuin en speelzolder. Uitstekende ligging aan een rustige straat, maar wel op loopafstand van het centrum. Lieve beheerder die ons hartelijk ontving! Wellness is een mooie toevoeging, wel jammer dat deze in het tuinhuisje is. Denk aan de badjas en de slippers om mee te nemen! Was voor ons in de winter wat fris. Maar verder een uitstekend huis!

Magnifique maison à recommander aux familles avec enfants/adolescents. Tout le monde y trouve son bonheur…la partie wellness est parfaite après une balade (nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la neige). Tout est bien pensé, très propre, la literie est bonne et nous avons été bien accueillis par les propriétaires habitant à proximité. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés! Seul bémol : le week-end fût trop court : nous reviendrons!

Wir haben im Januar 2025 eine mid-week in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist neu renoviert und war top sauber. Küche und Bad sind toll. Schlafzimmer mit genügend Schränken/Regalen und auch kleinen Nachtlichtern ( für Kinder super). Leider ist alles sehr sehr hellhörig. Größtes Manko: Infrarotkabine und Whirlpool sind im Gartenhaus und dort gibt es keine Dusche. Man müsste also nach dem Schwitzen ohne Duschen in den Pool? Igitt. Oder zurück ins Haus, duschen und dann Pool? Umständlich. Schade

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over de woning. Wij waren er tijdens kerst en de gastvrouw heeft ervoor gezorgd dat er een kerstboom en allerlei kerst accessoires in huis stonden. Was erg gezellig. Ook was er genoeg ruimte in de tuin voor de kinderen en de speelzolder met voetbaltafel en pingpongtafel was geweldig. In het losse huisje in de schuur was de sauna en jacuzzi. Dit was genieten! Ik miste alleen een grote trekker om de vloer te kunnen drogen. Verder hebben wij een fantastische week gehad!

Zeer mooi huis. Ruime en mooie kamers. Het huis was ook zeer net gepoetst. De ligging is super rustig met mooi uitzicht. Dit terwijl het toch ook dicht bij Budgenbach ligt met de nodige winkels. De ontspanningsruimte op zolder is ook zeer leuk. Enig nadeel geen douche noch toilet bij welness in tuinhuis. We waren zeer tevreden van ons verblijf!

Een zeer mooi gerenoveerd huis met grote tuin gelegen in een rustige straat dicht bij het centrum van Butgenbach. Er is een aparte Welness ( jacuzzi en infraroodcabine) in de tuin en het huis is voorzien van alle benodigheden.

Mooi en net huis. Bij aankomst mooi schoon, mooie omgeving om trails te rennen. Alleen moet men nog wat vliegen netten installeren bij de ramen. In het hele dorp in overvloed. Dus hordeuren zouden geen luxe zijn. Voor de rest uitstekend!
