This beautiful small farmhouse built in local stone is the perfect holiday rental for a quiet stay in the heart of the province of Namur. You will immediately be charmed by the neat interior and the authentic character of this 2.5 star holiday home. It will be perfect for exciting holidays among family or friends in the Ardennes. You will benefit from 3 cosy bedrooms and a well-equipped bathroom (shower, bathtub, washing machine and two sinks) for optimal privacy. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful and very cosy living area composed of a sitting corner with multimedia equipment and wood stove, a pretty dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. A cave and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal. As far as the exterior is concerned, you will be happy to find a 1000m² enclosed garden with terrace and play area. While the adults will be preparing a delicious barbecue on the terrace, the younger ones will be able to play around in the garden. A public parking-lot with 4 parking spaces lies next to the house and you will also benefit from a garage (for one car) with table tennis table.

Although this holiday rental is quite remote, several activities are to be discovered in the surroundings. They will allow you to enjoy the rural character of this beautiful region. If you enjoy going for a walk, you will be delighted by the many hiking trails available right from your doorstep. The woods and a river are also close to your holiday home and you will then be able to immediately soak up the Ardennes nature. If you are looking for a lively place, head for Cerfontaine and Couvin. Couvin will be a great stopover during your walks. Discover a village full of history and do not miss its caves, its abbeys and, of course, its breweries... For example, you may visit the Grottes de Neptune (‘Neptune Caves’) and have a drink at the ‘Brasserie des Fagnes’! You may also go to Froidchapelle and discover the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure (“Eau d’Heure lakes”)! Tres Jolie maison au calme. Proprietaire s devoués et trés gentils. Prévois une voiture capable de rouler sur des mauvaises routes
Prachtige plek, heel leuk huis, naar onze mening mogen de matrassen wel eens vernieuwd worden. Verder prima vertoeven daar.
Wij verbleven met een groep van zeven in dit vakantiehuisje. Het huisje is oud maar duidelijk goed onderhouden. Alle comfort is aanwezig. Wij hebben vooral genoten van de overkapping en tuin met prachtig uitzicht. De afgelegen locatie is eerder een troef dan een nadeel. De foto's op Ardennes Etape zijn wel niet meer actueel. Het huisje werd op verschillende plaatsen moderner gemaakt. Zo is de overkapping niet meer open maar met glas afgesloten.
Voor de tweede maal in het paradijsje mogen verblijven. We hebben erg genoten. De eigennaren zijn zelfs nog even langs geweest . Ze hadden mijn vorige review gelezen en kwamen even kennis maken. Genoten van het uitzicht de rust en het fantastische plekje. Helaas wegens prive redenen eerder moeten vertrekken. Maar ik kom heel graag nogmaals terug. Het is in een woord. Genieten !!
2 prachtige weken mogen verblijven in dit prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis, enig minpunte was de op bepaalde plaatsen zeer slechte toegangsweg, een beetje onderhoud aan de weg zou dit al verhelpen, voor de rest ,puur genieten van het uitzicht en de rust
Geweldig huis op een geweldige locatie. Heerlijk ontspannen te midden in de natuur.
Wij gingen voor de 3de keer naar dit vakantiehuisje. Het voelt stilaan als thuiskomen. Vanaf het moment dat je de weg inrijdt, valt je 4G-netwerk weg. Even vervelend de eerste keer, maar eigenlijk heerlijk. Je komt terecht in de natuur, in the middle of nowhere. In het huis is alles voorhanden wat je nodig hebt om een week(end) op te laden. Wij gaan zeker en vast nog terug!
Prachtige plek om te verblijven uitzicht is geweldig! De route ernaartoe wat hobbelig maar daar hebben wij de auto voor. Huis is oud maar goed maar wij hebben er alleen in geslapen de rest hebben wij heerlijk genoten onder de veranda.
Hele goede ligging, alleen de pad dat naar het huisje leid is in geen goede staat was moeilijk om met een gewone stadswagen hier over te geraken. Huisje was voor de rest zeer goed inorde
Een leuk , net huisje. De vakantiewoning ligt afgelegen, waardoor je de ultieme rust kan ervaren. Contact met de eigenaars zijn zeer goed.

We hebben een geweldige 2 weken mogen genieten van dit paradijs huisje. We wilde niet naar huis. De rust het uitzicht geweldig. Goeie auto is nodig voor het paadje dat je naar de woning brengt. Tevens lopen er 4 goed aangegeven wandelpadden in de buurt van het huisje. Div wild kunnen spotten. Reeetjes ,vos en arend.wel jammer dat we de eigenaren niet persoonlijk konden bedanken. We komen heel graag weer terug.
