Located in a quiet village near Daverdisse, this historic building with a lot of charm is perfect for a stay of 15 people with its seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a sauna.
Back in the day, this house used to be the forge of the village with its mill just opposite. Then, it became a bed and breakfast, and now finally it is a holiday home that can accommodate up to 15 people in an exceptional setting.
Wood, stone and metal are the materials that give an undeniable charm to this village house; as well as its old doors, its decoration and its location.

On the ground floor, you will find an equipped and spacious kitchen that is ideal for preparing your best dishes. It has nothing to envy the modern kitchens that we see today.
The dining room, located just next to the kitchen, has a large table that can accommodate 15 people. There are also some armchairs in a small corner.
The next room is the first living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove and a TV. There is also a second smaller living room that also has a TV. So there are two lounges, each with a television.
The tour continues with the garage, which has been converted into a games room with table football and a table for your little ones.
Then we go to the bedrooms. There is one on the ground floor with a private bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. In total, there are seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two different staircases give access to the bedrooms.
Outside, there is a beautiful large terrace that is perfect for enjoying the view of the large garden and the meadows behind it.
To keep busy, there is a petanque terrain and a trampoline for your children.
But that's not all, in the garden shed you will find a sauna with a shower. And the covered terrace at the front is ideal for relaxing after each session.
Located close to Daverdisse as well as to Graide and Redu, this area is ideal for going on a walk in the surrounding woods.
There are also many tourist attractions nearby. The Euro Space Center, the Domain of the Caves of Han, the petting zoo, and Baudet d'Ane, are just a few examples and there are several others.
Everything is there to please both young and old.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. Fijn huis met goed ingerichte keuken voor grote groep. Huis is heel netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk ontvangst, goed bereikbaar bij vragen. Schitterende omgeving, veel wandelmogelijkheden. Een aanrader!

We verbleven met onze familie in dit mooie huis, met een ideale ligging voor prachtige wandelingen. Enige minpuntje is de plankenvloer die zeer gehorig is dus je kan best op hetzelfde moment gaan slapen en opstaan.

Maison charmante avec de beaux espaces de vie.Cuisine complète,manque porte dosettes deux personnes pour le Senseo.Chambres et literie impeccable.Seul point négatif,la télévision ne fonctionne pas et l entièreté des explications dans la maison est écrite en néerlandais alors que nous sommes ds la région francophone du pays.Nous avons changé le papier aluminium du four qui était sale avant notre utilisation.Nous avons rencontré des personnes accueillantes au petit café du village. Bon séjour.

De woning was netjes, lag goed om ineens van daaruit te wandelen. We waren met de familie met kleinkinderen. De keuken was voor onze groep heel gerieflijk. De kamers en badkamers maakten het verblijf heel aangenaam. Spijtig was de trampoline die wel aangegeven was in de beschrijving, niet aanwezig. Deze was een reden om deze vakantiewoning te kiezen . In de speelkamer werkte de air flow niet. De zekering sprong als men deze instak.

Mooi groot huis, enkel spijtig dat het vrij fris was in huis. Houtblokken en pellets waren voorzien voor 1 avond en we konden niet aan ander hout.
