The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing enough privacy and comfort for everyone. Thanks to the spacious private garden and 3 terraces (one of which is covered) with garden furniture and barbecue you can enjoy the outdoors while taking in the view of the Almache valley. For wellness lovers, there is an indoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi/hotspring and a infrared cabin, ideal to fully relax after a day full of activities.
The villa is equipped with many play facilities such as air hockey, table football, ping pong table and outdoor playground equipment with a slide. For the little ones, there is a playroom where children can let off steam, while the parents can watch with an apéro or during meals. A baby chair and 4 children's chairs are available.
Are you coming with the electric car? Then you can charge it at the available charging station.

Super, top verblijf. Wij waren van vrijdag, mochten om 15.00 uur al inchecken tot en met zondag. Door de aanwezigheid het het (binnen)zwembad en jacuzzi's en nog de aanwezigheid van andere faciliteiten hadden we geen andere activiteit nodig om ons te amuseren. Heel mooi wandelgebied: 2 dagen wandelroutes gelopen van 5 tot 6 km, ook top.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooi groot huis waar alles aanwezig is. De keuken is super volledig uitgerust. Voldoende ruimte zowel binnen en buiten. Ook voor ontspanning is zeer veel aanwezig, geen verveling bij een minder goede dag. Kindvriendelijk. Hond toegelaten. Leuk zwembad met zowel een binnen als buiten een jacuzzi. Huis ligt in een rustige straat maar voor ons perfect want we houden van de stilte en de natuur.

De foto's waren veel belovend, meestal valt de praktijk tegen. Dat was hier NIET het geval. Het was zo mooi dat we bijna geen excursies hebben gedaan. We zijn in de villa gebleven en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt!

Magnifique localisation, maison confortable. Restent toutefois du matériel de cuisine usé et les jouets pour les enfants cassés ou incomplets. La décoration est vieillisante mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très spacieuse et la terrasse est un régal. Piscine et jaccuzzi très agréable. Nous reviendrons.

We zijn ons bewust van uw mening. Omdat de eigenaren veel aandacht besteden aan de kwaliteit van hun huis, hadden ze al gepland om het huis op te knappen (behang, verlichting, bar, kinderspeelhoek,...) wat eind augustus klaar zal zijn.

We hebben een prachtige Kerst beleefd in verblijf ‘Le Charme’ te Gembes. De woning was top en prachtig versierd. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer was fenomenaal. Er was van alles te beleven, voor jong en oud. De woning was ook zeer goed onderhouden en alles was voorzien. Kortom, we hebben geen puntje van kritiek, van begin tot eind. En als het noodlot toesloeg op Kerstavond (de oven had het begeven) stond de eigenaar paraat om onze maaltijd op te warmen in zijn oven, want hij woont in de aanpalende woning. Een echte aanrader!

Heel rustig gelegen vakantiehuis met adembenemend uitzicht op de natuur. Zeer ruime en nette woning voorzien van alle comfort en met veel ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Met de ganse familie hebben we er een fantastisch weekend beleefd. We brachten ons eigen bedlinnen mee (zoals gevraagd door Ardennes Étape), maar ter plaatse bleek dat ook te huur aangeboden te worden. Dat onthouden we voor de volgende keer ;-)

Grande maison avec de beaux espaces, des chambres spacieuses avec douche dans chacune des chambres + une suite familiale avec grande salle de bain. Vue magnifique. Aire de jeux particulièrement appréciable pour jeunes enfants. Idéal pour groupe avec enfants. Propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. Petit bémol: il faut prévoir ses draps de lit et essuies, la cuisine mériterait d’être un rien plus fournie (cruche pour eau, assiettes divers, plateau, etc) et la piscine semblait un peu froid:

Weinig charme, ontbreekt gezelligheid, lelijk interieur en mengeling van stijlen, koude verlichting, speelparadijs voor kinderen, veel ruimte voor grote groep, kikkerspel in living soms storend, te weinig stopcontacten (1 per kamer!), prachtig zicht in de eetplaats, veel toestellen in de keuken,mooi terras maar niet meer in de zon na wandelingen. Huis langs een baan. Alle badpakken verkleurd en voor vuilbak, waarschijnlijk teveel chloor in het zwembad! (piekte in de ogen) Vriendelijk ontvangst

Na contact met de eigenaar kunnen we bevestigen dat alle kamers een minimum van 2 stopcontacten per kamer hebben (met 4 en 6 stopcontacten in sommige kamers). De temperatuur van het water in de jacuzzi werd tijdens het verblijf gewijzigd en verhoogd tot boven de 38° die normaal door de eigenaar wordt voorzien, wat resulteerde in een hogere dosis chloor om de ontwikkeling van bacteriën in het te warme water te voorkomen. Het huis is wel gelegen aan een weinig gebruikte dorpsstraat.

alles was echt perfect. Alleen jammer van de vele 'verhoogjes' in het huis, vooral voor de kindjes gevaarlijk om te struikelen en te vallen. Misschien beter markeren met gele band?

Wij verbleven met 10 personen inclusief kinderen. Geweldige woning met volop vermaak voor de kinderen. 2 jacuzzis om lekker in te relaxen. Er ontbreekt niets in de woning en is voorzien van alle luxe. Wij komen zeker terug!

Erg genoten met twee gezinnen met jonge kinderen in dit prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis. Locatie js super een waanzinnig uitzicht, mooie wandelroutes en natuurlijk het zwembad met wellness was een grote plus voor ons en de kinderen. Het zwembad was wat aan de koude kant voor de jonge kinderen naar dit werd later in de week beter.

Afgelopen weekend enorm genoten van deze vakantiewoning. De kids hebben zich rot geamuseerd in het zwembad terwijl de volwassenen eindeloos hebben kunnen relaxen in de 2 jacuzzi's. De omgeving was heel stil en rustig en het uitzicht op de groene bergflank was subliem. Je kunt er verschillende wandelingen maken, waaronder langs het riviertje op 100m van het huis. De eigenaar sprak behoorlijk goed Nederlands en was zeer vriendelijk. Het enige minpunt was dat dat de tijd te snel voorbij vloog...

Prachtig gelegen Gite met meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden, ook bij regenweer. Volledig ingerichte keuken met tal van elektronische apparaten, je kan het niet bedenken of het is er. Prachtige kamers met elk WC en douche-cabine. Onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben er voor 100% van genoten. Prachtig gelegen in de mooie natuur.

Een groot huis met prachtig uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten die je maar kunt wensen zijn aanwezig. Wel zijn er wat kleine gebreken. Zo was de oven stuk, was de ontluchting van de douches niet goed waardoor het regelmatig erg stonk in de badkamers, en konden we onze elektrische auto niet opladen bij het huis. Afgezien daarvan was het een heerlijk verblijf.

We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Je kan hier ontspannen en tot rust te komen. Ook de kinderen hebben genoeg entertainment om zich bezig te houden. Het enige minpunt is dat je alle sanitaire voorzieningen + bad en bedtextiel zelf moet meenemen.

We hebben een zááálig lang weekend doorgebracht in dit huis! (We = 2 families met adolescenten.) Iedereen was volledig tevreden, over alle voorzieningen feitelijk... Er is een bos vlakbij, waar we een everzwijn en wat reetjes gezien hebben tijdens onze wandeling.

Dit huis is ideaal voor een paar dagen weg met vrienden of familie. Het binnenzwembad en jacuzzi waren de perfecte kers op de taart! Wij ervoeren twee minpunten: in de keuken is niets aanwezig wat betreft peper, zout, kruiden, olijfolie. Dus dat moet je zeker zelf meebrengen. We lazen op voorhand ook dat meerdere mensen kloegen over onaangename geur die uit de wasbak/douche komt in de slaapkamers en dit klopt effectief. Als we 's avonds naar bed gingen moesten we de kranen laten lopen.
