This manor house for 14 guests, built in the 1920s and very recently renovated, offers you a stay full of wonderful surprises. Behind its sculptural façade lies a haven of peace in the centre of the city.

Located in the heart of Dinant, near the Meuse River and La Croisette, this 3.5-star, large-capacity holiday home has a convivial and bright feel.
The ground floor is dedicated to the living space (kitchen, living room, dining room). You’ll love its contemporary decor and the way it opens onto the large patio and the garden.
The sleeping quarters on the first and second floors consist of five bedrooms (one of which is dormitory-style, perfect for children and teens) and four bathrooms (one of which has a whirlpool bath).

This property also has two separate relaxation spaces. You can entertain yourself with table football and billiards in the basement. The loft?–?with its beautiful wooden framework?–?contains a second TV room with a reading and gaming area.

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het is smaakvol ingericht. De keuken uitrusting was meer dan voldoende. Wij hebben tijdens de trip gewandeld, mountainbikes gehuurd en Leffe bezocht. De omgeving is prachtig!

Een zeer karakteristiek huis midden in het centrum van Dinant op loopafstand van alle winkels en bezienswaardigheden. Het huis is groot dus veel ruimte voor families en vriendengroepen. Parkeren kan voor drie auto’s bij het huis tegen betaling. Ergens anders parkeren kan ook maar kost altijd geld. Met goed weer is het ook heerlijk vertoeven in de tuin. Er is een ruim terras en veel zitgelegenheden. Kortom ga je naar Dinant met een groep tot 14 personen, twijfel niet en verblijf hier.

Groot vakantiehuis midden in Dinant (en toch rustig gelegen), ideaal om een weekend met vrienden en kinderen door te brengen. Eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel. Beddengoed kan tegen een extra vergoeding (8€/ps) voorzien worden en er is een garage voor 2 wagens (15€/n) + 1 parkeerplaats ervoor.

Het vakantiehuis is heel conformtabel waar alles aanwezig is. Het is geschikt om met verschillende gezinnen te logeren. Parkeren is wel een minder puntje. De garage kan gebruikt worden maar zit niet in de prijs. Spijtig dat bij ons het bubbelbad niet werkte... De eigenaar is een heel behulpzame en vriendelijke man.

Met ons gezin een heerlijk weekend gehad in een prachtig, schoon huis. Midden in de stad, dus alles op loopafstand. Heerlijk verwarmd bij aankomst. Mooie kamer, keuken en heerlijke bedden in de slaapkamers + mooie badkamers, kortom perfect! De communicatie met de eigenaren: geweldig!!

Heel mooi huis waar alles voorhanden is wat je tijdens het verblijf nodig zou kunnen hebben. Mooie ruime kamers, voldoende badkamers, alles mooi afgewerkt. Heel aangenaam dat het binnen als warm was toen we 's avonds toekwamen. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars.

Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bedden en douches zijn heel goed. Leuk huis in het centrum van Dinant. Voor de omvang van het huis is 1 vaatwasser niet afdoende. Ook de kwaliteit van de vaatwasser is niet goed en de kookplaat is niet geschikt voor grote groepen.

Het ontvangst door gastheer en -vrouw is zeer hartelijk. Een mooi herenhuis van begin de jaren 1900, smaakvol ingericht, ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Dinant maar toch zeer rustig. De keuken is zeer compleet uitgerust. De tuin is mooi verzorgd. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, sommige met ensuite badkamer. De poolbiljart en tafelvoetbal in de kelder zijn top voor een 'sportief' toernooi. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een grotere groep/familie om de omgeving van Dinant te verkennen.
