This stunning 18th-century castle farm has been fully renovated and is the perfect place for a stay in the Ardennes with your family or friends. The holiday home is luxuriously equipped and has refined decoration to ensure you have a memorable stay. The castle farm is in the centre of Bomal, near Durbuy, at the confluence of the Ourthe and Aisne Rivers. The building is protected and was restored in 2002. Shops, restaurants, a market, and a bus stop can be found just a few hundred metres from the holiday home. There is a train station in Bomal. The edge of the forest is just 1 km from the holiday home and a small river flows 30 m away.

This 4-star holiday home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms that each have a shower. The living room has a cable TV, VHS player, and hi-fi system. A wireless internet connection is available throughout the holiday home. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, soup blender, toaster, steam oven, and juicer.

The games room will delight children and adults alike. There is a sauna in the tower. Children will love the board games, children’s games, and VHS tapes. The rest of the castle comprises a farm, a butcher’s shop, and a restaurant. The owners farm Belgian Blue cattle. The wellness of their animals is the top priority. The animal feed is tightly controlled and the farm chickens roam freely outdoors. You’ll find baskets and gifts with regional specialities at the property.

The restaurant has been fully renovated, blending old and contemporary touches. High-quality materials such as stone and wood make the restaurant a captivating place where you can sample local, refined cuisine. The chefs use meat from the animals farmed on-site in their menus and combine it with other local products. On request, you can use a room above the restaurant for your meetings. The castle farm is the perfect place for conferences.

Bomal is a small village in the province of Luxemburg and falls within the municipality of Durbuy, the world’s smallest city. Barvaux-sur-Ourthe is just 30 minutes away from Aywaille and Marche-en-Famenne, two other Ardennes cities worth visiting.
