The landscape in Wéris, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia, truly is picturesque. Families with children have the added advantage of being able to walk almost everywhere with a pram. Our personal highlight? The Megalite walk. Another must-do in this charming village is to taste ‘Wérisienne’, a local beer not served anywhere else!

Impeccable, maison très très chaleureuse avec le bois et le feu au gaz... Cuisine un chouia petite pour 8 personnes mais on s'adapte très vite. Les bougies mises à disposition sont un petit plus apprécié ! La maison est également très bien située et le parking devant la maison pour plusieurs voitures est chouette aussi. Les coussins sont un peu fins et les matelas un peu durs mais... c'est ça aussi de déloger ! Une adresse à retenir !!

Het is een prachtig huis. Goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi centraal gelegen in de Ardennen. Wellicht zou de aanschaf van airco een welkome aanvulling zijn. De tuin kan wat beter bijgehouden worden. Wellicht om meer privacy te creëren hagen en bomen te plaatsen.

Top verblijf is een rustig straatje. Alles is werkelijk aanwezig. Zeer goed onderhouden, alles tot in de puntjes gekuist. Zonnig terras was een mooie extra.

Maison et équipements tout à fait comme prévu. Un petit plus très important pour les promeneurs : promenades à partir de la maison 3km vers Barvaux et 1,5km vers Wéris. Vraiment Top!

Heel mooie woning, top qua indeling (elke kamer heeft eigen badkamer met toilet), heel netjes, alles op en aan. Klein detail; laat de deur van de berging (rechts in de gang beneden) best dicht want daarachter zit een niet zo fris geurtje. Misschien tijdelijk, weer-gerelateerd, geen idee

Heel fijn vakantiehuis in een rustige buurt met andere chalets en huisjes. Toen we binnenkwamen, was het huis zeer proper en het rook er fris. Super dat er 4 slaapkamers waren, met elk eigen sanitair. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte (eetkamer/zitkamer/keuken) was ruim en lichtrijk. Een grote meerwaarde is het overdekte zonnige terras, waar we veel tijd doorbrachten. Het huis ligt ook direct aan wandelroutes en dichtbij Wéris. Winkels zijn met de auto snel bereikbaar. Erg tevreden met ons verblijf.

Het enige minpuntje is de ligging, in een soort van chaletpark en net iets te ver van de winkels of een centrum om te voet naar toe te gaan. Maar dit doet niets af aan de kwaliteit van het vakantieverblijf waar niets op aan te merken is.

Manque les instructions des appareils ménagers en langue française. Pas possible de faire fonctionner le four à la chaleur souhaiter. Manque éventuellement un micro onde. Superbe logement et très bon week-end.

Mooi huis voor een weekend, maar het hout aan de buitenzijde wordt al wat aangetast door het weer. Terwijl het nog best nieuw is. Verder mag de GROTE schoonmaak wel eens plaatsvinden, met name in de keuken (vettig het en der) en woonkamer. Vaak gebeurt alleen het hoognodige en hup de nieuwe gasten erin… Wel heel fijn waren de vier badkamers bij de vier slaapkamers. Die waren wel echt schoon. Ook de speelkamer werd gewaardeerd door onze kids. Al met al een fijn paasweekend gehad.

Het contact zelf verliep zeer snel en de mevrouw was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echter zou ik het huis niet aanraden. Doordat de slaapkamers onder de living/keuken liggen en het plafond van de kamers niet geïsoleerd is, hoor je alles wat anderen zeggen, doen, ... Niets vervelender dan slecht slapen op vakantie. Daarnaast is er een kinderbedje voorzien, maar eigenlijk is er nergens plaats voor... ook is er geen plek voor een ververskussen en dergelijke.
