Located near the woods in Durbuy, this semi-detached holiday home features a terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor playground for children. This cottage is ideal for families looking for a nice peaceful stay. The house is comfortable and well equipped; you will feel perfectly at home. This rental features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, there is a health spa with sauna, a weight bench and a training bike available for your use.
Situated on a dead-end street just 100 meters from the river Ourthe, this cottage is set in a peaceful location. However, all the facilities of Durbuy’s city centre (restaurants, shops, train station, etc.) are just 500m away. You can also visit the villages of Tohogne and Bomal to enjoy the peaceful nature of the Ardennes countryside. A little further away, but still near Durbuy (which is known as the smallest town in the world), you will find Barvaux; where you can enjoy some kayaking, canoeing or a ride on a pedal boat, thanks to its proximity to the Ourthe. At the edge of the Ourthe, you will also have the opportunity to visit the caves of Bohon, the bat paradise of the region.
If you want to see something unique in Belgium, do not miss the Labyrinth of Durbuy, a theme park of 11ha of maize fields where live entertainment and children's activities will add some magic to your stay.

Heel proper huisje waar zeker alles aanwezig was. Zetels zitten jammer genoeg wel niet al te comfortabel en living toch wat aan de kleine kant qua ruimte en tafel voor 10 personen. Maar zeker een aanrader!!! Was een heel tof weekend! Hele vriendelijke eigenaar die heel behulpzaam was.

Het interieur is ouderwets en een mik mak van allerlei stijlen door elkaar. Het huisje is wel zeer gerieflijk! Het heeft een mooi uitzicht, goede tuin en het was erg proper!

Een leuk, goed onderhouden huis met eigen charme en voldoende keukengerief. Grote tuin en terras en op wandelafstand van de Ourthe . Het huis ligt in een mooi wandelgebied, het is een echte aanrader.

Une maison très agréable, très bien placèe au calme avec une vue splendide et à 10 minutes à pied par le Ravel du centre de Bomal ou on trouve des magasins , une aire de jeux, ... Le marché du dimanche est très agréable. L'escalier n'est pas difficile pour les enfants, mais plutôt pour les adultes avec des grands pieds. Deux salles de bains et 2 wc !!!! Les propriétaires super gentils habitent en face.

Prachtige ligging & uitzicht, op 1 minuut wandelen van de Ourthe. Het huis is aan de oude kant maar perfect onderhouden. We waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar, die tegenover woont.

Familie Moens Ik en mijn man zijn daar voor een weekendje verbleven samen met onze 4 dochter en schoonzonen. Het was daar zeer rustig met zicht op de ourthe. 10min wandelafstand van het dorpje met een heerlijke bakker (spreken beetje Nederlands). Zeer uitgerust kwa keukenmateriaal om zelf te koken.

Maison confortable, meublée dans un style un peu "retro", mais bien située dans un environnement calme et dotée d'une belle vue. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et la maison avait été décorée avec soin, ce qui a participé à rendre notre séjour pendant la période de Noël très agréable.

Alles was prima in orde en verzorgd. Een beetje oudbollig van stijl, maar dat is niet erg omdat alles proper was. En ik begrijp ook dat dit efficiënt is gezien er honden zijn toegelaten. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Vanop het terras een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier, zeker een meerwaarde. Jammer dat de sauna met muntjes was, misschien stond dat in de beschrijving maar ik heb er niet op gelet. Maar daardoor hebben we hem niet gebruikt omdat we dan nog ergens geld zouden moeten gaan wisselen.

Het is een fijn huis. We zijn er geweest met 2 gezinnen, in totaal 9 personen. Het huis is daar prima geschikt voor. De 5e slaapkamer (2 pers.) ligt tussen 2 slaapkamers in, waardoor je er doorheen moet lopen. Echter, daar hoefden wij geen gebruik van te maken met 9 personen. De badkamers zijn wat gedateerd, maar alles werkte naar behoren. De locatie aan de Ourthe is prachtig, je kunt gemakkelijk wandelen vanuit de woning. Durbuys is op 13 minuten rijden.

Een leuke en verzorgde woning, heel gerieflijk. Ook de tuin was aangenaam om in te vertoeven met voldoende stoelen en tafel. De ligging van dit huis is perfect, dicht bij de Ourthe en leuke wandelingen. Maar vooral een lieve vriendelijke eigenaar, hij gaf ons de nodige uitleg en tips. Wij gaan dit verblijf voor volgend jaar terug boeken

Très bien située, au calme, un peu désuète, mais contient tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus. Très gentille petite attention des propriétaires. Un plus pour les jeux intérieurs pour les petits enfants. Juste un bémol, ne pas pouvoir sortir directement de la cave au jardin. Il faut chaque fois repasser par la cuisine, le balcon et l’escalier extérieur. Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, à recommander.

Ruime woning, zeer geschikt voor familieweekend. Heel goed ingericht en ruim voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Goed gelegen, zeer rustig en toch op wandelafstand van het centrum van Bomal (horeca, supermarkt, apotheek,...). Zicht op de Ourthe en via de tuin quasi direct aan de wandelweg langs de Ourthe waarlangs je snel naar het centrum kan en aan de andere kant via een wandeling van een drietal kilometer naar Barvaux kan stappen.

Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren. Ruime vakantiewoning met groot overdekt balkon vanwaar je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over de omgeving. Grote tuin met jeu-de-boule baan. Vanuit het vakantiehuis kun je meteen een mooie wandeling maken langs de Ourthe. De tweepersoonsbedden zijn een beetje smal maar slapen verder heerlijk. Een apart toilet is geen overbodige luxe als je met 12 personen in het huis verblijft. Keukenspullen waren voldoende aanwezig. Het was voor ons een zeer aangenaam verbli
