Large, luxurious holiday home on the banks of the River Ourthe. Beautifully decorated, lovely garden, outdoor sauna and magnificent views.
Located in a quiet hamlet, 100 m from the River Ourthe and on the edge of the RAVel network, this large, luxurious holiday home is also very close to the famous town of Durbuy. It offers six cosy bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom. A cot and a highchair are also available. You will immediately be charmed by the tasteful decoration and the comfortable spaces. In particular the very cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and table football game for wild parties! The large and welcoming dining room opens onto the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and its magnificent counter top. The large patio with panoramic viewof the surrounding countryside is partially covered and equipped with a BBQ grill. It overlooks the large garden with pétanque court flanked by two outdoor benches and a fire pit. A 6-person outdoor sauna cabin with a 5-star view of rolling countryside also awaits. There is private parking for four cars and a wireless internet connection.
Durbuy, with its many restaurants, shops and attractions (including an activity park, a maze and a swimming pool) is only 3 kilometres away. Its view point offers a breathtaking view of the world's smallest city and its surroundings.
The nearby village of Bomal is renowned for its large Sunday market, commonly known as ‘La Petite Batte'. It is an interesting mix of a traditional market and a flea market, where you can buy all sorts of things. Or put on your walking boots and treat yourself to a breath of fresh air on one of the many hiking trails in the area. Our favourite place? The Megaliths Walk inWéris (another jewel of the region), among dolmens and menhirs!

This holiday home is accessible to people with reduced mobility and there is even a bedroom reserved for them.
The farm of the very hospitable owners is only 30 metres away. They will happily show you around, so don't hesitate to ask!
This house is primarily intended for family groups. Non-family groups may nevertheless be allowed, subject to the acceptation of the owner and with a possible additional guarantee.
It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,…
Pets not allowed
Zeer mooie woning, voorzien van alle comfort. De ligging van het huis op wandelafstand van de Ourthe en van Durbuy was voor ons gezelschap (allen +16j) ideaal. Daarnaast was de tuin met jacuzzi, tafeltennis, ofyr en vuurkorf een fijne surplus.
We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad in de buurt van Durbuy. Het huis ligt op een rustige plek, met een mooie tuin die uitkijkt op de weides met koeien in. Niet ver van het huis ligt de Ourthe, waar je mooi kan wandelen en een cafeetje waar je iets kan gaan drinken.
Wij verbleven hier met 9 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Bijna alle kamers hadden hun eigen badkamer, wat heel handig is met jonge kinderen. De kamers waren mooi, ruim en de bedden comfortabel. Er zijn ook 2 wc's boven voorzien, wat ook handig is voor een grote groep. Beneden hebben we vooral genoten van de tuin en de rustige ligging op de wandel- en fietsroutes. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze woning!
Fantastische ligging met mooie vergezichten enkel kinderpoortje boven zou veiligheid kinderen verzekeren eigenaars spreken enkel frans
Een schitterend vakantiehuis, alles mooi afgewerkt en onderhouden. prachtig uitzicht en rustige locatie. Misschien nog een buitenspeeltuig voorzien zodat de kids ook na een dag op avontuur nog wat kunnen spelen in de tuin. Wat wij minder aangenaam vonden zijn de nota's van boetes (aan de brandblusser, in de kamers, bij het afval, ivm autoladen) maar misschien ga ik er teveel van uit dat je je gedraagt als een goede huisvader. Ook de vaatwas kan wat liefde gebruiken, krijgt de vaat niet schoon.
Très belle maison, récente, propre et au calme! La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est tres bien équipée. La terrasse est tres bien orientée, et les jeux mis a disposition sont un plus.

Vakantiehuis is top, niets op aan te merken. Jacuzzi/biljart zouden het volledig afmaken.
Heel mooi en nieuw vakantiehuis. Heel leuk dat je echt midden in de natuur verblijf met koeien als buren.
De lamp in de sauna is defect. De deuren slaan hard dicht. Zou een demper op kunnen.

Een prachtig vakantiehuis met mooie slaapkamers met elk een badkamer. Zeer mooie tuin met sauna met schitterend uitzicht.

Prachtige nieuwbouwwoning!
Maison très moderne et très bien entretenue, avec un confort pour chacune des chambres. Celles-ci possède toutes une douche sauf une qui se trouve juste à côté d'une salle de bain ! Sans parler du grand salon, sàm et cuisine, grand espace ouvert qui permet de partager de bons moments avec sa famille ou de ses amis. Un havre de paix non loin de petits villages tels que Barreaux et Durbuy accessibles également à pied et en toute sécurité grâce au Ravel se trouvant 5 min à pied de la maison.

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Man kann zu Fuß nach Durbuy laufen, bis zum Bäcker in Barvaux nimmt man am besten das Auto. Die Aussenterasse ist toll und wir haben noch im Oktober draussen sitzen können. Große Küche und Essbereich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Heel nette woning met een heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Alles was voorzien voor een fijne familievakantie met kleine kinderen. De tuin is wel (nog) niet afgesloten en een tweede koelkast zou handig geweest zijn.

Het huis is zoals omschreven. Wij vonden de bedden erg goed. Mooi uitzicht. Alles was netjes in en buiten de woning. Contact was goed. Het viel ons op dat er in de omgeving ook Nederlands word gesproken, de mensen doen hun best. De omgeving is ook heel mooi. De stad Durbuy is ook erg leuk.
