Our personal favourite? The room with loft bed: a small cocoon where kids are guaranteed to be happy! You can also enjoy the outside in the private garden with private patio: kick off your barbecue with an elaborate aperitif with local delicacies while the kids splash around in the pool.
Ready for something more challenging than your morning walk to the village bakery? In Wéris, a village close to Durbuy, you can go on a guided walk about wild and medicinal plants. Fun fact:in Wéris the hiking possibilities are endless, the landscape simply stunning and you can walk almost everywhere with a pram. Another thing to do in this charming village? Tasting the "Wérisienne", a local beer that is not served anywhere else.

La maison est très chouette et le design très sympa. La piscine est un vrai plus sauf tous les graviers autour c’est super désagréable même si certainement pratique pour limiter la maintenance de la maison d’hôte. Par ailleurs les haies et arbres ne sont malheureusement ni taillés et pas entretenus ce qui rend les extérieurs contigus et parfois difficiles d’accès. L’extérieur sur le site montre d’anciennes photos avec de la pelouse et des haies aérées et soignées, donc nous étions déçus.

Wij hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf! Het zwembad vonden onze kindjes fantastisch! Het contact met de eigenares verliep zeer vlot en correct. Een klein puntje van kritiek is het gebrek aan een diepvries en het kan ook zeer warm worden in de living/keuken, een airco kan een oplossing bieden. De slaapkamers daarintegen waren lekker fris. Kortom een echte aanrader!

Zeer behulpzame host. Een aangename woonkamer met leuke verlichting. De bedden één zachte en een hardere. Ondanks de lagere temperaturen tijdens het verblijf hebben mijn kinderen volop van het warme zwembad genoten. Het kasteel van Modave is zeker een aanrader in de buurt en de wandelingen.
