This beautiful holiday home for 4 people is located in the picturesque Erezée, nestled on the edge of a forest. This detached house with 4 facades invites complete relaxation with the family, surrounded by the peace and beauty of nature. The recent construction provides a fresh, modern appearance where light and nature enter everywhere thanks to the large windows.
On the ground floor you will find an open and bright living space where the living room, dining room, and kitchen seamlessly flow into each other. This creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy your holiday together. The large windows offer a beautiful view of the trees and the garden, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of nature, regardless of the season.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms: a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with a shower. For the little ones, there is a baby crib, a high chair, and a baby bath available, so they also feel completely at home.
Outside awaits a private garden that is fully fenced, ideal for enjoying the outdoors undisturbed. The garden is equipped with an outdoor sauna where you can relax wonderfully after an active day. For the sporty ones, there is a petanque court and a basketball hoop available. Children can play on the swing and other outdoor playground equipment. Additionally, there is also a ping pong table to have fun together.
On the private terrace you can organize a cozy barbecue while enjoying the view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. The available garden furniture provides a comfortable place to relax, read, or simply enjoy outdoor life.

Verzorgd en comfortabel huis, uitgeruste keuken, mooie tuin met zeker voldoende entertainment (petanque, basket, schommel, ...). Zeer rustige omgeving, fijn uitzicht. Alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze vakantie met twee jonge kinderen.

Wat een geweldig huisje! Het heeft echt alles voor een toffe vakantie: het is rustig gelegen middenin de natuur, het is goed uitgerust, er is een sauna en het is heel proper. Er zijn voorzieningen voor kinderen en de eigenaar is bereikbaar indien nodig.

Rustig gelegen huisje met een mooi uitzicht. Heel gezellig ingericht en alle nodige comfort was aanwezig. Sauna, petanque, pingpongtafel, ... waren een zeer leuk extraatje om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Heel vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar.

Het was een fijn huisje. Wij hebben weinig tot geen gebruik gemaakt van alle mogelijkheden die dit huis te bieden heeft. Wij waren er ook maar 3 dagen en zijn vooral veel weg geweest. Genoeg leuke dorpjes en activiteiten in de omgeving op prima afstand. Ik moest alleen wennen aan de wc die boven zit, maar dat is persoonlijk en niet echt een minpunt te noemen. Ik raad iedereen dit fijne plekje aan.

Niet twijfelen, gewoon boeken! Zeer nette, goed onderhouden en praktische woning op een zeer rustige locatie in het groen. Je hoeft maar de deur uit te stappen en je kan je mooie wandelingen starten. Restaurants op slechts een vijftal minuutjes rijden. De tuin is niet heel groot maar mooi aangelegd en zeer netjes onderhouden. De gezellige ronde sauna is een dikke plus. Aanrader!

Ruim en fijn vakantiehuisje met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook voor onze baby was alles aanwezig (bedje, badje, stoel, verschoonkussen). Ook een fijne tuin/terras erbij en een mooie omgeving. Verlichting in de woonkamer is wat mij betreft een aandachtspunt, mag wat sfeervoller.

Bonjour , nous avons été enchantés par le séjour dans cette très belle maison. Il manquait juste un séchoir pour pendre le linge et un décodeur qui fonctionne car on n'a eu qu'une seule chaîne télé. Ce qui a par contre entaché le séjour est le concert hard rock en live juste à 50m de là pour fêter l'anniversaire du frère du jeune propriétaire de 17h30 à 22h (stoppé grâce à l'orage et pluie). Malgré la demande à la police locale et la solidarité entre voisins, le vacarme s'est arrêté à 4h matin.

Heel prachtig huisje, met een een leuke, mooie tuin. De kinderen vonden het geweldig. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangename vakantie! Alleen jammer dat we geen persoonlijk contact hadden met de eigenaar daardoor was er geen persoonlijke verwelkoming.

Prettig huis, prachtige ligging. Veel wandel en fietsmogelijkheden.Het huis is heel erg schoon en netjes. Fijn bed. Rustige omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Een schemerlamp bij de zithoek zou prettig zijn, nu alleen een niet dimbare, felle plafondlamp. Keuken is prima, iets meer messen zou fijn zijn evenals diepe borden of (soep)borden. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Wij hebben het goed gehad in dit fijne en zeer schone huisje. Mooie rustige omgeving. Fijn dat er zo goed gekookt kan worden door de aanwezige apparaten. Het linnenpakket wat je erbij kunt huren is ruim voldoende! Twee opmerkingen: In de kamer misten wij alleen een leeslamp bij de bank, je moest daarvoor het grote licht aandoen wat niet zo gezellig is. De sauna werd niet zo heet, dat kan liggen aan de vochtige koude van de laatste weken.

Excellent séjour, une petite parenthèse pour profiter un maximum avec nos enfants. Il y avait une table de ping pong avec des raquettes, en général on doit les prévoir, ici pas besoin, petit terrain de pétanque, balançoire, de quoi amuser les enfants.

Een zeer schoon en net huis met een fijne ligging. Omdat de buren er niet waren was er veel privacy. Heerlijk dat de bedden opgemaakt waren en het bedje voor de peuter klaarstond. We misten wel een dikker dekbed voor het 2persoons bed. Ook was er geen bestek of servies voor de kinderen. De lampen zijn zo fel dat er kaarsen nodig waren voor de gezelligheid. Wat kussens op de bank zou fijn zijn. Verder goed verblijf gehad: sauna was heerlijk, de omgeving prachtig en de schommels een pre.
