This former hotel in the province of Liège was transformed into a holiday cottage and benefits from high-class equipment for the whole family. You will surely enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi and the sauna after a busy day out in the region. Spend time together around the bar with two real beer pumps! The playroom is equipped with a table football table, a billiard and a table tennis table. Perfect for convivial evenings among friends. The professional kitchen and its high-class equipment will allow you to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. You will find 10 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. De 10 slks en 10 badk bieden een goed comfort. Eetplaats en salon zijn voorzien op een grote groep. Het regende wel binnen langs de ramen van de eetplaats en er ontbraken gordijnen aan 2 slaapkamerramen zodat er veel hinder was van straatverlichting en voorbijrijdend verkeer. De grootste teleurstelling was de keuken. De aftandse keuken is onmogelijk 'professioneel' te noemen. Zelfs met 20 potten en 10 pannen is het onmogelijk koken voor 20ps als er slechts 1 vuur beschikbaar is! Teleurstellend.

Prachtige locatie om met familie of grotere groep paar dagen of week door te brengen. Groot aantal slaapkamers met elk een aparte badkamer. Badkamers zagen er zeer netjes uit. Grote keuken, gezellige bar (met tap!) en ruime gelegenheid om met groot gezelschap gezamenlijk te eten. Kelder met diverse spellen, sauna! Jacuzzi op buitenterras! Grote BBQ-plancha aanwezig Kortom een prachtige locatie voor groter gezelschap, één nadeel is de nachtelijke geluidsoverlast van de drukke weg/kruising.

Het was er aangenaam verblijven met 11 volwassenen en 5 kinderen. Er was wel veel lawaai van voorbijrijdend verkeer, maar dat wisten we al door de andere beoordelingen. Een minpuntje was, dat er geen elektriciteit was onder het gezellig afdak, ondanks de lampen die er hingen, maar niet werkten.

Mooi huis met als groot pluspunt dat elke kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Grote industriële keuken met praktische grote koelkasten ! Mooie omheinde tuin die bereikbaar was via een trap...Misschien best leuning voorzien ! Was wel aan een druk kruispunt dus nogal lawaaierig. Gastheer Steven was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ! Vlak bij Hamoir waar genoeg winkels en terrasjes zijn. Mooie ,leuke familie vakantie gehad !!

Het probleem met de buitenverlichting wordt momenteel opgelost: de eigenaar heeft een offerte voor de reparatie ondertekend, maar wacht nu op de installatie. Das Haus liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Kreuzung und daher nicht besonders ruhig. Es gibt einige sehr schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer, der Jacuzzi ist neu und perfekt zur Entspannung. Einige Bereiche sind aber eher alt und ungepflegt und sollten dringend überholt werden (z.B. Küche, Küchenutensilien, Sauna). Eine kleine Kaffeemaschine ist für die Anzahl an Personen nicht ausreichend.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Das Haus liegt tatsächlich in der Nähe einer Kreuzung an einer befahrenen Straße, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der angelegte Garten befindet sich etwas tiefer gelegen. Was die Kaffeemaschinen angeht, so gibt es eine Filterkaffeemaschine (mit A4-Filtern) und eine Senseo-Maschine. Wir haben Ihren Vorschlag, eine größere Maschine anzuschaffen, an den Eigentümer weitergeleitet. Der Eigentümer wird außerdem bald mit der Renovierung der Zimmer beginnen. Slecht verzorgd en slecht gelegen vakantiehuis. Te weinig beveiligd voor de kinderen. Te dure energiekosten met toch redelijk weer voor april. Bij aankomst te snelle uitleg door de verhuurder ivm bepaalde mogelijkheden (oven, sauna, ...).

Groepsverblijf met familie tegengevallen, het huis is veel te duur gezien het comfort en onderhoud van het huis. Glazen waren niet proper en de rest van het huis was ook niet zo proper. Koffiezet moeten ontkalken voor eerste gebruik, en een paar dagen voor verblijf melding gekregen dat de jacuzzi ook buiten werking was.
