Je n'ai jamais loué un gîte aussi bien équipé, achalandé qu'à Florenville, Rue du Monty. La maison de vacances est parfaite pour des adultes mais je ne la recommanderai pas pour un couple avec enfants vu les différents étages du bâtiment (Terrasse au niveau du "sous-sol et non sécurisée.)
Il fait humide dans la maison.
De ligging van het huis is top, het centrum is gelegen op wandelafstand. Het huisje zelf heeft alle comfort. De kamer met aparte eenpersoonsbedden mist gordijnen, hetgeen in de zomer wel wat lastig is. wat verduistering betreft.
Comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien soms overdadig gevuld huis. Behoeft wel enig onderhoud (toiletpotten vervangen, klemmende voordeur)
Het is een zeer prettig huis en leuk ingericht. Gezellig voor gezinnen en lekker koel als het warm buiten is. Het ligt aan de rand van het centrum dus je zit zo bij alle winkels en terrassen. Wij vinden het een heel leuk verblijf.
Il s'agit d'une chouette maison avec 2 chambres (1avec lit 2 personnes, l'autre avec 2 lits 1 personne) et un divan-lit dans le salon. La maison est bien située, Florenville est un beau village, bien desservi en magasins de tous genres. La propriétaire est réactive et assure un bon suivi de la location.
