Small 1950 farmhouse renovated in 2012 for your comfort and enjoyment. Offering an infrared cabin, a multi-jet shower and a playroom, this holiday cottage ensures its guests a successful stay in the pleasant town of Florenville in the province of Luxembourg.
If you wish to spend a few days away with your children to share a privileged time in a Belgium, and more precisely in the Ardennes, you found the right holiday cottage. This 3.5 star holiday cottage includes a wellness facility comprising an infrared cabin and a multi-jet shower, so that the adults can enjoy a special and relaxing time. In the meantime, children can play outside on the games, try petanque on the pitch, or have fun in the playroom of the house where the billiard and the children games are available.
You will feel at home in this self-catering accommodation for 6 to 9 people, containing four bedrooms located on the wide ground floor, as well as two bathrooms. The living area holds the kitchen and the large and nicely furnished dining room with fireplace.
Going up the staircase, you’ll find yourself in the sitting room, where you will spend great times with your friends or family. The room also gives you direct access to the wooden terrace overlooking the garden. The playroom and the wellness room are on the first floor as well, as it is entirely dedicated to entertainment.
The region is favourable to tourism, as you’ll be able to discover many activities and places. The city of Castle of Montquintin. And during a sunny day, the Outdoor Swimming Pool of Florenville is the place to be for some summer fun!

Ruim vakantiehuis dat we met 4 mensen gedeeld hebben. Naar onze behoeften was alles aanwezig. De “ontspanningsruimte” was zeker een meerwaarde. Het was vrij koud tijdens onze vakantie, daardoor de stookkosten aan de hoge kant. Dit wordt opgelost door de houtkachel te gebruiken, maar op de 1ste verdieping is de centrale verwarming nog wel nodig. Een extra vermelding voor de gastvrouw/gastheer. Heel vriendelijke behulpzame mensen. Leuke streek met mooie wandelingen en VTT routes. Een aanrader!

Als je van een vuurwerkloze vakantie houdt: dikke aanrader. Groot huis, 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 2 wcs. Wel een paar aandachtspunten voor de eigenaar: Je hoort de machine voor de centrale verwarming zeer goed in de slaapkamers, misschien een laagje extra gips of een voorzetwandje De slaapkamers zijn zeer gehorig De slk-deuren klemmen Er zijn geen deuren tussen keuken, eetkamer, hal etc, zeer jammer van de warmte. de centrale verwarming is peperduur (87 €/wk) spiegel in badkmr hangt te laag

Nice big modern house, nice big garden but no trees for some shade. Wi-fi is at best problematic in some rooms. There are no fans to use (expected) but the bedroom windows don't fully open (strange) which makes airing the bedrooms in the day and cooling during the night difficult. Quiet neighbourhood, exaggerating neighbours: multiple reports to the police for my son walking up & down the main road (he was on the phone). Friendly owners. Kids loved the place. Would book again but not for summer
