Welcome to this beautiful manor house in Gedinne, a true paradise for groups of friends and families. This accommodation, suitable for 15 people, combines the charm of the past with modern comfort. The castle was completely renovated in 2008, preserving its historical charm. The ceilings with original rosettes and exposed beams, as well as the solid wooden floors in the rooms above, bear witness to the rich history of this place, dating from the early 18th century, when Belgium was still Spanish. The fireplace and 2 wood stoves create an extremely cozy atmosphere in the living rooms and the dining room.
The accommodation consists of 4 double rooms and 1 communal room for children with 5 single beds. Outside you will find a beautiful garden,centred around an ancient fountain, a large terrace, a petanque court, an outdoor sauna and hottub. Perfect for relaxation after a day full of adventure in the Ardennes.
Once evening falls, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the private terrace. This really is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in the Ardennes.
The house is located right next to the small village church.
The manor house is located in the center of the village of Rienne, right opposite the church. From here you can start walking and exploring the surroundings immediately. Overall een goed vakantiehuis. Keuken is modern en heeft alles wat nodig is. De open haard in de salon is supergezellig, geeft de sfeer van een middeleeuws kasteel. Mooie tuin! Heel rustige buurt, voldoende privéparkeergelegenheid. Eigen laadpunt is een groot pluspunt. Wij lieten ontbijt leveren bij Un peu de nous chez vous en dineerden bij Le bonheur à 4 mains (tips!). Minpuntjes: sommige douches hebben een upgrade nodig; beetje muffe geur in sommige slaapkamers/bedlinnen.

Heerlijk groot huis met vrienden en kinderen. Alle ruimte, voorzieningen en luxe. Hier en daar wat stoffig, maar zo'n groot verblijf is ook lastig te onderhouden. De verdeling met kamers en badkamers was super, de grootte van de eetkamer ook heel goed. Het zit gedeelte was wat beperkt, maar geen probleem voor ons. Met 6 volwassenen in de keuken was het wat druk, maar ook geen probleem. Tuin was heerlijk en de ligging ook heel prettig!
