This charming cottage made out of wood and local stones will be your cosy chalet during your holidays in the Ardennes. In a peaceful setting, this 3.5-star lodging has four bedrooms and a sauna, to offer a comfortable stay.
Set on the heights of a small village, this holiday chalet is on a quiet and panoramic location. From here, the view of the fields and forest will immediately soothe you.
Built in the seventies, the cottage was just recently renovated. The interior, all covered in wood, surrounds you like a sweet cocoon.
Throughout the house, the many windows add a lot of light and a pleasant sensation of space.
The decoration is warm and discreet. The ubiquitous (but not in an invasive way) light wood is skillfully combined with shades of grey and mineral materials in the bathrooms, to give a harmonious and modern touch.
The large living area opens on to a beautiful and large terrace that overlooks the garden and surrounding woods. A barbecue and garden furniture are also available, of course.
Meanwhile, the four bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread over two levels. And three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
And if you need to recharge after a long hike or bike ride, the relaxation room and sauna are waiting for you! In any season, a relaxing session offers incomparable well-being.
This rental in the province of Namur (Belgium) is near the village of Gedinne, known for its many beautiful hiking trails. The entity of Bièvre, where the forest is everywhere, is also close by. And you will find several shops and restaurants in the small town of Beauraing.
The region also offers many activities to discover with your family: the Garden of Owls and its 80 birds of prey, the Castle of Lavaux-Sainte-Anne with its museum and its unspoilt natural area, or the ski slopes of the Cross Scaille if you are coming for a winter stay.

We hadden een topverblijf! Samen met de dochter, grootouders en tante hebben we genoten van het comfort van dit erg ruime, gezellige vakantiehuis. Ondanks de regen hebben we veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de prachtige omgeving. Vanaf het huis sta je snel het bos in. Het was niet overal even proper gepoetst, en hier en daar kon het wat meer afgewerkt zijn (vb. de stopcontacten in de salon), maar dat zijn echt details. Prijs-kwaliteit echt een dikke aanrader!

Wij hadden hier een heerlijke 10-daagse! Mooie streek, fijne wandelingen (via aangekochte wandelkaart toeristische dienst), prima, comfortabel huis-fijn om te vertoeven. Wij komen heel graag eens terug!

Nous sommes ravis de cette maison . Tout y est très bien pensé, très propre et en très bon état. La literie est excellente. La cuisine est bien équipée en électroménagers. Mais nous avons manqué un peu (un tout petit peu) de vaisselle (bols, assiettes à dessert et saladiers). La localisation est parfaite pour des randonneurs. Et ce calme… !!! Merci pour ce beau séjour !
