Set in a 19-hectare estate, this inviting holiday home is located a few meters from a renovated old watermill.
Laid out on one level, the cottage has two bedrooms (one of which is accessible from the outside), a bathroom and a large living room. The well-equipped kitchen also includes the dining area. Outside, you have two terraces (covered or not) at your disposal and a splendid view on the pond (swimming is forbidden) and the meadows in the property. Several hiking trails have been laid out, so you can go and explore the premises.
Hiking enthusiasts will be able to discover this magnificent region by visiting Gedinne or by following many marked trails. You will have something to do at any season : in winter, La Croix-Scaille ski slopes are at your disposal and during the rest of the year, Récréalle - Recreational Center offers various activities. Accompanied by your children, meet the animals from the farm in Frahan at La Marotte Petting Zoo. The valley of the Semois, is also famous for its magnificent Viewpoint from Frahan to Rochehaut.
Do not hesitate to book this holiday home for two to four people. Come to recharge your batteries and take a break surrounded by nature.
This accommodation for is ideal for a couple stay (with or without children). The second bedroom is accessible from the outside of the building.

Pets not allowed
Een prachtig domein waar je rond mag wandelen. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Ietwat gedateerd. Fijne houtkachel, jacuzzi en sauna.
Vakantiehuis is prima.. Zouden er in het naastgelegen huis ook gasten aanwezig zijn dan zouden wij dat als minder prettig ervaren. Je hebt dan weinig privacy.
Last-minute nog besloten om een weekje naar de Ardenne te gaan en gekozen voor dit huis. Aangekomen bleek het vele malen mooier te zijn dan op de site , wat een prachtig onderhouden en rustig domein. Florian is steeds bereikbaar om jou van dienst te zijn indien nodig. Top!
De vakantiewoning is super gelegen voor mensen die van rust en natuur houden. Wij waren er een midweek en de grotere woning was niet verhuurd, rust gegarandeerd dus. Ze is ook veel ruimer dan de meeste vakantiewoningen voor 2/4 personen, wat wij zeer aangenaam vonden. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend tot het maken van mooie wandelingen en MTB-tochten die niet TE technisch zijn.
Het huis voldoet aan alle dagelijkse behoeften, de ligging is prachtig met de tuinen, jacuzzi en sauna, ook de omgeving is een plaatje, wij hebben een heerlijke en vooral relaxte tijd gehad samen
Prachtig gelegen, heerlijk verblijf in rustieke landelijke omgeving, maar op 800m van Gedinne. Ruim van opzet, perfecte voorzieningen, jacuzzi, sauna, altijd plekje om zon of schaduw te vinden, buitenmeubilair incl zonnestoelen aanwezig. Uitzicht over het landgoed, weides, bos en vennetje, 2 roeibootjes, ezeltjes etc. ( geen geluidsoverlast), wandelingen vanaf het landgoed mogelijk. Vriendelijke ontvangst, geen kritiek te bedenken en louter positieve ervaringen. Bijzonder tevreden met alles!
Een prima verblijf, zeer rustige omgeving.
Leuk verblijf op prachtig landgoed in een prachtige omgeving. De meubels waren wat gedateerd, en de bedden niet zo fris.
Geweldig mooie ligging en ruimte in en rondom het huis. Echt de moeite waard om tot rust te komen of als basis om de omgeving te verkennen
Fantastisch vakantiehuis in een oase van rust. Prima ligging - compleet tot rust komen op een prachtig en zeer goed onderhouden domein. Wij komen ZEKER terug
