This authentic holiday home is available for rent in Gouvy, in the northeast of the province of Luxembourg. The cottage features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rental can accommodate up to five guests, who will enjoy the warm tones in the interior.
In the garden, exposed to the south, you will find a wood fire barbecue, garden furniture, a swing, and the pétanque terrain.
You will also like the location of the cottage: it is 500 m away from the woods, 400 m away from a RAVel, and it is not far from all the facilities of the city centre (restaurants, shops, market, etc.).
Small pets are allowed. For those of larger sizes, please consult with Ardennes-Etape.
Set in the heart of the Haute-Ardenne, with the numerous nature and ornithological reserves in Gouvy, this area is a destination of choice for nature lovers.
You can do many outdoor activities by contacting RHM BuitenSport - La Roche-en-Ardenne and Gouvy (kayaking, mountain biking, rappelling, archery, etc.).
There are also many possibilities for walks in the Houffalize region (just 10 km away from the cottage). The area is known for its huge network of marked trails and mountain bike routes. In addition, the city is also full of activities: from mountain bike rental at Houffabike; to the Paintball des Cheras; and climbing, abseiling, or kayaking at Moulin Bock.
Younger visitors will marvel at Houtopia (10 km), which offers an educational concept in a space for discoveries. For those who love folk tales and legends, we recommend a visit to the House of the land of Salm, which offers a special children's tour.

Huisje was netjes en keuken prima om zelf te koken. Alles voorhanden. De bedden zijn echter van heel slechte kwaliteit met flinterdunne kussens. De muren naar woning van de eigenaar flinterdun want we konden hem horen snurken. Helaas was TV signaal niet beschikbaar en na een aantal uren viel de wifi ook weg dus konden geen wandelroutes opzoeken of controleren.

Très chouette maison - fort agréable jardin - endroit calme et tranquille Nous avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire à noter séjour. Petit bémol : réseau téléphonique inexistant sur l'ensemble de la propriété, wifi et internet très faibles. Ce qui rend toute communication très compliquée.

Leuk huisje, fijne eigenaars. Alles tof. Spijtig dat men eigen handdoeken en bedlinnen moet meenemen. Ook geen mogelijkheid om te huren.

Een mooi huis in een leuke omgeving en lieve verhuurders.Het zou alleen iets makkelijker zijn als de verhuurders wat engels zouden kunnen en de buitentrap zou met iets bekleed kunnen worden,zo is het voor honden niet te doen.

Prima huis en vooral zeer vriendelijke en attente verhuurders. De CV deed het niet, en dus een koud huis. Na 1 bericht werd er direct actie ondernomen. Bij vertrek kregen we een fles bier als tegemoetkoming voor het ongemak, een erg aardig gebaar. Wat wel lastig is, is de communicatie. De mensen spraken alleen Frans en dat is niet zo handig en ook niet meer van deze tijd. Een klein beetje beheersing van de Engelse taal zou fijn zijn.

Het spijt ons dat de netheid niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed, vooral omdat dit aspect meestal zeer wordt gewaardeerd door onze andere gasten en is het onderwerp van voortdurende aandacht van de kant van de eigenaar.

Het was een hele fijn plek om te verblijven. Er ging wel een geur van rook in het huis wat wel jammer was. Na een aantal dagen goed luchten was het weg. Heerlijk rustig gelegen huisje. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Endroit très paisible et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant. Pour info, c'est bien un combiné four et micro-ondes et ce n'est pas un percolateur mais un senseo.

Het huisje is op zich zeker ok prijs/kwaliteit maar wat voor ons echt niet ok was is het feit dat roken toegestaan was terwijl wij net voor Ardennes-Etape kiezen omwille van het strikte niet roken beleid. We hadden gelukkig mooi weer en waren veel buiten maar de ogenblikken dat we in het huisje waren was het echt niet aangenaam. Zelfs 's nachts kreeg je telkens je je in bed draaide een rookwalm binnen. Voor mensen met gevoelige luchtwegen, zoals mezelf, is dit een no-go!
